I'm actually trying to contract now with a GIG supplier from FIVERR, and he's looking for an InDesign version because he can't work with their PDF or my WORD document is too difficult. Author House wants a fortune and I'm told I'll still have to contribute to the editing process! All of this is holding up my new book! Thanks for sharing!
