A friend loaned me a book on genealogy of his family. It was about 600 pages, with a partial index. The first four generations were indexed. The remainder - typically 6 to 10 additional generations - were not indexed. Imagine trying to locate specific people for those.

Very clear and useful. One question: Should the same page number appear in the 1st level index term and the sub-level term? For instance, "Cognitive Distortions" are discuessed in general on page 27, and specific distortions are also discussed on that page?
Thanks for this concise video. I have a question about TOC in word. When I click (left or right) to "update table of contents" the window to select options of "update page numbers only" and "update entire table" does not appear, rather it just updates the entire table destroying all of my formatting in the TOC. Do you know how to fix it?
