    When I tell you keto peeps how delicious this tart is...please believe that. Not without putting in a little work, but well it, in the end. Y'all, this taste like the real thing, and the crust is great. Samyah girl, you put your foot in this recipe😉. Thank you so much, I can now eat my lemon tarts once again. I am also one of your patrons, love your content and congratulations on your weight loss. Keep sharing your journey, it is really helping me.     I made these today and they are sooo yummy!! I couldn't even wait the 6 hours, and tried one after an hour, lol. But i made 12 mini tarts so it set pretty fast. Thank you for sharing!!!

    i've made the dough two days ago and finally got to finish it! first, the dough stays good in the fridge for at least two days. it came together super easy and worked well. yes, tastes good, too! i am not gonna try another pie dough. endless possibilites..i think about doing single serve quiches with this. next the lemon curd: i have tried to make egg based curds many times, even with a bain marie I did not get it thickenend but scrambled...watching your video helped me so much. I put my timer on 10 min to get a feelinh for how long it could take to thicken..after 8 minutes it was perfectly smooth. i was so excited that I forgot the butter and just put it in the tart shells...haha. worked great and I just tasted it: even without the butter it tastes like heaven!! I weighed my dough, too. I could get exactly 8 tartd out of it, put the remaining dough back in the fridge and try use the rest tomorrow. thank you so much for your recipes!!!

    New subscriber here! I’ve been keto since Feb 2018 but fell off this past Dec (holidays 😩) I have had such a hard time getting back on track because I’m tired of the same old recipes.....then the TH-cam fates recommended you!!!! I’ve never used Lupin flour or wheat gluten and I’m beyond excited!
    Oh also, the birds add a tranquil effect.

    Hello! I’m trying out this recipe today. Very excited about it! I was wondering if I can just poke holes in the dough before baking because I don’t have that many small bowls to weigh the mini tarts down. LOL

    Samyah ~ Is the bottom of the bowl actually IN the water? I couldn't tell in the video and I've found that I have all the ingredients and I really want to make these tomorrow. Lord, I hope you see this! Thanks!
