Gremmy is kinda a mixed bag. On one hand a lot of the fanbase hates him because of "stupid decisions" he makes with his imagination. However if Gremmy was any better with his power he'd arguably be to OP. It's one of the reasons it was said in the manga that Yhwach kept Gremmy locked up and deprived of learning so he wouldn't be to strong.
