I really feel like balance doesn't seem all that impactful right now, (which is really good.) Nearly every champion can perform under the right circumstances, and there are almost no champions that are unreasonably strong. Those that are are more difficult to play. Counters and combos seem much more important right now. Now, the balance is good enough, I think. (At least for the main focus) They should either start to fix bugs or (if they really want to make Paladins 2) port all of it into a new engine. Nice video, by the way. In Ranked pick phase, you can't show your champions, VGS is not customizable enough, there's no ping, no item requests, and very few VGS toggles for tactics. caspian d tier? he might be more of an assassin than vatu.. everytime i play him in ranked the entire enemy team is focused on me cause they know what happens when i catch them off guard. hes realllly good
He got a few buffs 2 patches ago and over the past year and a half he’s gotten solid small buffs that have all come together to make him great without casuals noticing ( no offense )

Multiple totems stacked on top of each other do in fact heal that much. Especially during an overtime push when everyone's dry-humping the payload. I swear people just think Grohk is bad because Evil Mojo spent half a decade portraying him as a joke character.

Maelstrom, while useful for farming ultimate charge, relies heavily on spamming Shock Pulse, and the only way to get decent survivability with Maelstrom is by stacking Shock Pulse cards. Without Totemic Ward, the totem healing is underwhelming. Totemic Ward, however, gives you significantly higher survivability, provides consistent healing, and grants a reliable movement speed buff. The totem feels much more spammable, especially when combined with Chronos and Rejuvenate, allowing you to throw out more totems for continuous support.
He can be a tank that also keeps himself healthy and giving the team self sustain , you have to Remeber bloodbath can’t be cauterized so that’s just teamwide uncauterized heals

Best As a support main, Imma tell you some shit. 3 best supports rn are Damba, Ying and Furia. 2 healing abilities, damge, good ults, all very good at critical saves (if you know how to play around caut). Furia lacks a little in saves, cause of her range, but her beam makes up for it, being one of the only abilities that can actually heal even with cauterize. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Best but situational Grohk is an excelent healer with great speed buffs and capable of doing damage, new rejuv presents a big buff for him with self sustainability, BUT he is situational. Basically, there are maps that are too open and wide and he becomes, not useless, but very clearly outclassed. Moji is an S tier healer, if you have 2+ tanks. If not, she really struggles. She is very powerfull but not at all versatile. She requires her team mates to play more together and grouped up, which can be annoying for some team members some times. And in maps like Ice mines, if you're playing against a willow or a bk, grouping up becomes exponentially harder. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good , just depends on the players Corvus can be really great at healling. Basically his pocket potential is endless, if you have a good flank and you know how to manage marks and cooldowns, you're good. Stuns are always appreciated. Lilith suffers from more complex mechanics and aoe healling. That's why you don't see too many good liliths out there, sepcially in pubs. However, she is fantastic. As a support main, whenever I play smth else (specially a point like nara), I always notice overrall good swarm placement in ranked, either for passive healing and dmg on point, or on the curve of someplace I can clense caut and quickly get pack in the fight. I like her. Not the best since the nerfs, but still pretty good. Pip is my least played support, I would put him around here, but really Idk. I don't see a lot of pips either, so can't really analise that much. But he's always been pretty good at saving heals, so that's something. Io is overall solid. Good healing, alright survivability, good damage, stuns, maybe force a bulldozer buy out of someone, she's pretty good, but just outclassed. If she focuses on dmg, she does good damage, but does not healing. Same thing the other way around. There are players who can manage her heals and stuns really well, I am only around 350 with her, def not the best, but she's reliable. Rei is INCREDIBLE... as a damage. If you're playing her aggressively or as a second healer, she is trully fantastic. There's still counters like Koga, but you just have to know when to pick her and who to target with her. Definitely an interesting champion to play. As a solo healer, she can do well, but again just one of those getting outclassed cases. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bad Grover has just suffered a lot with recent nerfs and changes. Seris lacks burst healing, can't save a life if she wants to. Also, if she's healing all the time, she's not contributing with damage, also meaning no stuns.
