Love me some breakfast on the griddle! I'll be doing the potatoes to feed the masses over Labor Day Weekend...and using the "Usual Suspects" for the seasoning. Thanks for the tip to hold the seasoning until the end. Have you ever tried putting shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on your potatoes...it's AWESOME! Sometimes mixing grilled onions and peppers, too. Thanks for enduring the heat for us.

Brothers! Simple, fast & so delicious! I also got spoiled living in Atlanta with country ham (I know, too salty for some) and grit or hoe cakes and sunny eggs... Ahh, the good 'ol days when I didn't need to worry about sodium or butter.... sigh..
Ham steaks are low-key MVP status. If I want a quick, delicious dinner, I'll griddle a can of those Aldi sliced potatoes and a can of green beans and mix with sharp shredded cheddar. Alongside the ham steak, we're belching like billy goats! 😂 Griddle on!
Hahaha! This is the TRUTH! The heat is unreal! We know it gets nearly unbearable this time of year, but holy cow, this is next level! The sweat is totally worth it for this ham steak!
