I love those ham steaks, they are easy to freeze or just keep in the fridge, have had some for months with no issues as long as still sealed. I have ham and egg sandwiches as breakfast all the time, I just toast the bread and leave off the cheese - great way to start the day!
These are some of my favorite sandwiches that I've been making for years. I do mine a little different though. Try this: *Leave the yoke runny *Add fresh ground black pepper to the egg while its still cooking *Couple of dashes of Tabasco sauce on the egg when assembling. *Fry up sandwich ham until its its crispy like bacon and is healthier option. *If you really want to take this to a whole new level of goodness, instead of ham pick you up some Johnsonville Sweet & Spicy Sausage and cook them up in the skillet. Break/cut them up to make them fit on the sandwich better. You won't regret this sandwich. This is smack your grandma good!

It looks delicious, the only thing different I would do is use hard cheese like a cheddar or a Munster instead of pasteurize american cheese which is not that healthy for you
