Today I made these cookies and it is so delicious everybody liked at my place so much mera pura ghar cinnamon ki khushbu se mahek raha hai. Thank u so much for sharing such a delicious receipee
Dear Ma'am, I prepared this today, as you said it's chewy in the middle, little crispy outside. Perfect healthy snack. It's really very nice. I have added only 2 tablespoon of ghee, one spoon butter, it came really well. Very different taste, its better than branded atta, oats biscuits.
Amazing recipe especially for people who try to cut calories yet crave for biscuits with their milk or tea... best for kids ❤ thank you for sharing.. KINDLY SHARE HOW LONH IT CAN BE STORED?????
Tried this recipe.........it turned out to be superb. Very delicious cookies. I loved them. Everyone reading this comment do try these cookies they are amazing. Thankyou for this amazing recipe❤️❤️

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback.. You can send the pics to Instagram or Facebook or can mail them… susfoodcorner@gmail.com.. Do check the description box for details..😊😊
I made three times. The measurements are not correct. My atta with ghee is very watery. Even after adding 1/2 cup oats extra, it is still very wet, unlike hard batter like you. Only after freezing, I could use it. Thank goodness I used only 1/4 c water, not the extra 2 TBS and used only 3 tbs ghee. Would you post the correct measurements? Thanks
You mean you want half the amount of cookies by reducing the overall quantity by half..Right?? If so, then reduce all the ingredients to half and then add..This would result in less no. of cookies..😊😊
Actually, I want to make for my 15 month old who likes to eat small pieces of snacks that she can pick and eat in a single bite. So, how much should be the baking time for 1cm size cookies? And can you share some salty cookie recipe too?
Whole oats not only gives a different taste but also a beautiful texture to our cookies..That’s why I would suggest to use whole oats rather than oats aatta..😊😊
If using a pan/pot, first preheat the pan on medium flame for 10 minutes and then bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes depending upon the size of the cookies.. For oven- Preheat @180 degrees for 10 minutes and then bake for next 10-13 minutes depending upon your requirement..😊😊

Ghee helps to bind the mixture well and moreover it gives a very special aroma and flavour.. So, I would suggest to use ghee rather than using olive oil..😊😊
(Source:Google) Though both are produced from sugarcane, they are processed differently. While sugar loses all its nutritional value during the preparation, jaggery retains its nutritional value. Jaggery is considered a superfood as it contains more vitamins and minerals and has low sucrose content when compared to white sugar
Please read carefully.. NO BUTTER MEANS NO BUTTER.. Have I written NO GHEE?? Both are entirely different..And fat is must for baking..I have just clarified about that.. @sanjayapanigrahy pls stop lebelling people on social media.. It’s absolutely okay if you have difference of opinion with someone.. BUT PLEASE DON’T draw conclusions based upon your evaluation and that too before knowing the basic difference between the role of ingredients.. Hope you would understand..😊😊

Why do you say : No sugar ? , if Jaggery is made from sugar cane. This is misleading
Lier u are. No butter written but you are bathing the biscuit with butter or ghee. Correct ur English and stop fooling people.
