- Janet Jackson ends her interview with 'Heart' in a surprising way, telling the UK radio outlet that she 'doesn't like speaking' in general. The music icon makes a point to tell her interviewer that she wishes to meet him in person when she's across the pond for her 'Together Again' tour.
At least she was gracious about it and didn’t belittle the interviewer. If you don’t like talking, you don’t like talking, I respect that

She DID NOT end the interview. The interviewer asked her what's a question she's tired of being asked, and she said that in general she doesn't like to answer questions. Big difference.

I guess you realize every successful female artist has a drove of fans who call her a QUEEN. Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Madonna, Mariah, Celine, Stevie Nicks, etc etc ...hell, I even saw a post by a fan of Enya who called her the Queen! It's gotten a bit redundant.

This title & clip is misleading & edited for click bait. In the actual interview she answered all questions & joked around playfully with the interviewer for over 6 minutes. At the end, he asked which question would she want people to stop asking her & she said "stop asking me questions..." It was a joke inside the truth of her shyness.

I get what she's saying. I don't know if she considers herself introverted or anything, but for me personally I'm all about living by 'Be quiet, leave people alone.' Crazy thing, it seems most people can't seem to handle not talking to others or socializing. Sometimes I wonder, is it me who is crazy because I just don't want to talk, or are the talkers the ones who are crazy because they lack the ability to be quiet?
Yeah some people get weirded out by silence, they feel that if your in the same room with someone you should be talking constantly😂.I’m me tho no matter what, so if I feel like talking I’ll talk but if I don’t I won’t and people just have to deal with it.A lot of people think I’m upset if I’m not talking, but I let them know it’s a me thing, it has nothing to do with me being upset with them.
I think in all honesty people value being alone way too much. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be alone, but when you prioritize that too much it often comes off as condescending and rude. In addition, it also creates miscommunication and can't expect people to know when to shut up when you're giving them the "you're annoying" impression. As someone who likes to be alone and can be lonely, I always find people who talk a lot more to be genuine. Most extroverts usually try to start a conversation not because they are afraid of being alone but tired of being alone. I do get tired of people talking way too much, but I'd rather have that than talk to a wall (people who don't care).

99% of celebrities HATE interviews but it’s often included in their contracts when they’ve completed a new film or album. Ms Jackson was just honest enough to be transparent about it.

I know Janet was unfairly treated during the so called, Nipplegate issue but apologized despite she didn't have too so I can understand why she probably doesn't like interviews. Janet is a true entertainer and artist. The album Control was amazing then came Rhythm Nation that spoke about social issues and is uniquely Janet. Janet is a gem.

I could never understand why her and Michael were so shy when doing more one on one interviews or interacting with people but on stage they exude the most confident personas. You can tell they are very sensitive and have been hurt a lot as children. At least on stage everything is controlled and predictable. At least she is very honest and forthcoming.

I was merely remembering her younger self(who may have(most probably)been naive about all of life's trials and that was not a deterrent. If course, she played a character, and in interviews then, she could have given the interview in a character to protect her true self.
