Is there a way agents can make money off my 1 bedroom rv? I’m concerned if I switch to “non conventional” real estate for the rest of my life that agents won’t be able to make a commission? It was 10 grand. So what Wouod be a good commission split?
The lawyers do all the real work in buying/selling real estate. Relator's get paid a ridiculous amount of money to open the door to a house that a person is wanting to purchase. I've already looked at a few homes under the new TRESA Act and what I see happening is relator's are going to turn a cold shoulder to people wanting to represent themselves. If you're not "working with an agent" then their not going to show you their listing.
