    I honestly need your entire planner 🤣 Do you have these pages to download or for sale somewhere? The whole system is something I'm learning as an event planner, but this is SUCH a helpful tool!!

    Thank you so much for sharing your project process. I’ve learned a bit about project planning and there is so much information (as you shared) to keep in mind during each phase. I just love how you broke it all down to have at your fingertips.

    Do you have tips and tricks for Project Admins and Coordinators, similar to this but more on the go for larger or multiple projects? How would that set up look?

    Superbly done video. This is incredibly helpful. I don't know much about project management yet. That's going to change in the next years. Your PMB (project management bible) is fantastic. If you ever think of sharing it (against monetary compensation of course), I would like to obtain a copy.
    I used to make reference books and lots of checklists for me according to the situation at the company I worked for. Haven't done so since I started my job at my current employer, as the company was still in a start-up phase and changes happened too fast to keep up with on paper. But we are getting to a place where I think I can finally start building one for each department I work for.

    Do you have any project management/coordination templates and checklist recommendations specific to events and managing the logistics around project visits.(both for internal stakeholder visits and external third party visits)?

    • @PlanningAnnie
      @PlanningAnnie  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hmmm…I have not come across a template specific to this. But I am thinking you could create one in Word or Canva. Maybe something like a checklist of activities, in a countdown format (1 week out, 2 days out, etc.), with activities, owners, due date identified. Maybe a final walk through checklist, list of tasks to delegate. Hope that helps. Would love to know if you find a template that works of if you end up making your own.

    • @roslynnpieters4969
      @roslynnpieters4969 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@PlanningAnnie Thank you. Ended up making my own. With the return to multiple campuses, I've started creating a "Project planner" per campus for the project meetings. Using the normal project and meeting templates, I've just added a generic activity list and reference planner with NB contacts and processes per campus (like venues, catering, IT, access and parking, wifi passwords for internal and external stakeholder, travel options from airport, etc). Included would be communication and logistic templates to the stakeholders at different time (like your activity planner suggestion.) Definitely a work in progress and will build as I go, but what I have has definitely had me thinking of having a separate A5 "Events Reference Planner" 😅..much like my in progress project planner.
      Thanks again for your videos. All the way from Johannesburg, South Africa. It makes a difference to my little corner of my world.

    Do you have a digital book for purchase?

  • @christinecortese9973
    @christinecortese9973 ปีที่แล้ว

    Very informative. So do you have one document for a project and move that through the sections of your binder or are all your projects kept in their entirety in other systems and this is literally just a kind of reference you can review as needed to make sure you’re on track?

    • @PlanningAnnie
      @PlanningAnnie  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question Christine. Most my my projects live in project management software for work (i.e. formal project management tools). So this binder becomes a reference for me as a project moves through each of the phases. And since I typically have more than 1 project going at a time, I will use this binder to keep up with where each project is in the individual cycle.

    She doesn't see the irony that she has a Feminist quote putting down men and a Proverbs scripture, side by side.
