These spreads are amazing! Thank you so much for sharing!! I’m a writer and you may have just revolutionized the way I plan my projects. I will be sharing this with my writing group when more people are awake; we have quite a few bullet journalers.
If you’d like an erasable pen for those fluctuating dates (I know the pain), I recommend the Frixion pens if you haven’t tried them! I use them a lot when im not sure what’s going on but it’s dark enough to be more easily seen that pencil imp
Hey there! Thanks for checking out the video. I have have tried the Frixion pens. I think they work well. I really like the markers/highlightes the best. Great suggestion
Never leave your planner in the car in really warm or hot weather if you use frixion pens. The heat is what erases it. Can't begin to calculate how much infomI lost in college by leaving it in my car while I was on my lunch break and picking up stuff from stores really quick.
Great help for Project Management! But could you show me an example for your Timeline Chart. I didn't understood it how you see the timeline?? Thanks from a follow PM in Austria :)
Hey thanks for sharing your project planning process with us! Always helpful to hear thought process walk throughs to accompany these types of videos. Do you mind if I ask what’s the track you have coming in at the outro around 16:44 ? 😎✌🏼
Thanks for watching. I actually am not sure about the music. I tried to look back in my archives but I only saved the video itself, not the layers or the music files. Sorry
I am surprised and perplexed that time management experts utilize hand crafted forms rather than computer generated forms with the specifics inserted. The raw data can be harvested from & fed to other data processing systems. A somewhat acceptable alternative are the preprinted forms that go into personal organizer ring binder systems.
I think that it all depends on what you need to do with the information. So this use is good for me when it comes to a project kick off, but often I need to keep information in 2 places - once for my personal notes and another digitally for collaboration. Also, some information wouldn’t work on paper as well. As an example, I worked out budgets and months in my journal first - but moved it to Airtable to actually “do work” because it just made more sense.
I really appreciate that this isn't just project management bujo spreads, instead it is how to plan and keep up with a project using a bujo.
3 minutes into the video and I love it! I'm so glad I found your page!
Awesome! Thank you! Glad we found each other :-)

If you place your notebook in the freezer the ink becomes legible again.
