Would it be possible to show us the actual working of these spreads please. Sorry, I'm not that fast yet, I'm unable to understand the matrix and the progress bar. Preferably a video on the TH-cam Video project management would be wonderful to see - to understand the flow of this spread and also incorporate the same for our projects. It’s again that time of the year where projects are rushing to get finished to accomplish end of year KPIs. 😅 I feel like if i don’t make a detailed checklist and tracker, I’ll go crazy thinking I forgot something! Anyone else can relate to that feeling?
