    I’ve watched a lot of your videos, you’ve really helped me understand BP, how to lower it naturally, I exercise 1 hour a day, walking and HiiT, cleaned up my diet, relaxing breathing, and mine has come way down. There is a history of high BP in my family, while mine isn’t very high, it’s elevated, 130/83, I’m determined to beat without taking meds. Thank you!

      I'm looking at my BP numbers that I took yesterday. I had a weird feeling, checked my BP, 147/83. I worked on my breathing, Dr. Story mentioned. It's called Heart Rate Variability breathing(HRV) that will activate Parasympathetic NS. I did that for 10min, checked my BP, down to 135/76. I continued the breathing technique for about 5-10 more minutes and I was delighted to say, it went down to 112/67, checked again 10 min, 108/71, and 30 min later, 111/61. I'll use that technique for the rest of my life.
      Spiritual teachers (which I first learned about HRV) know this, hence breathing is taught in every meditation. Best of Luck!

    Brilliant video Doc …..diagnosed with low potassium about 20 years ago ….same time as finding out I had high BP and a dead kidney . You have explained more in this video than all the hospital doctors and my GP put together !

    Alsp hawthorne tincture.
    I never had to go on meds
    Potassium helps me w sleep.
    Mag did too but pot & b1 also

    Tip..eat the banana with peanut butter, the fat will slow the sugar spike. Peanut butter also has potassium i like banana and peanut butter on crackers or toast. I eat a lot of potassium foods, but still have high blood pressure 😮!? Too much potassium is also dangerous!.

    You know what fixed my blood pressure? Eating a very low carb diet. About 100 to 150 grams of carbs per day. Healthy carbs, of course!

    The best way to cut pomegranates is in water. A big bowl full of water and cut it under the water

    I already did this. In my blood panel, my potassium is almost high, but still normal, and sodium is slightly below normal. I still can't get off my blood pressure medication. I recently had to change, because I was having serious side effects, maybe allergic reaction, but it was only 5 mg of Amlopidine BESYLATE 5 mg, now, I'm on Lisinopril, and it retains potassium, but, still, I have to be very attenttive to managing my blood pressure

      Be careful Lisinopril causes dementia 😢get off it immediately

      I suffer with high blood pressure. I am have been on blood pressure meds for years. I don’t know what to do. I eat very clean I exercise, but my blood pressure is still high. What can I do?

      ​@@nadineburson776Hi, take your bp meds@the same time every day & your potassium intake needs to be increased to 4700mg. Also have your doctor check your mineral levels, & keep doing what you doing ❤ Blessings

      Try fish oil (double strengh or tripple & make sure they are not rancid), fermanted black galic or kyolic galic, CQ10 , it might work for you, Be patient after 1 or 2 months you can tell the different in your blood pressure. Also take magnesium & postassium

    My view on natural help controlling high blood pressure. I believe it's good to try if yr pressure isn't very high. Tho never worked for me.Not worth risking getting a stroke one of the worst things ever. My advice if yr pressure isn't too high give it a try if not get medical treatment immediately.

    One comment on the kidney stones... I got my first one in '91. Horrible experience. WTF is this? ER. Pain meds helped relax me to let it pass. #2 in '92. Oh, I know what this is. Gimme some pain meds to let this pass. While dealing with that second one... A friend metioned something his father had discovered: Something about cranberries serves to break them down, minimize their size, whatever.
    Started taking cranberry tablets whenever I'd feel the kidney-ish "twinge" of another one starting to move. From #3 on, I've kept cranberry tablets in the house, and often pop one or two a day, just because. I've passed at least a couple dozen, maybe thirty, in the ensuing 30-ish years, without issue, and often without even noticing until I hear a "tink" hit the porcelain.
