I just bought the new Babolat Pure Strike 98 16x19, the racquet is a tad bit underspec but has amazing control and power! Super happy with my new purchase!
Exactly correct! the Wilson Blade 100 is in the same place as the Pure Strike 100. It feels like it was an afterthought, "Let's just stretch the 98 a bit so we can give people a 100" instead of truly engineering a 100 frame.
I have Toroline Toro Toro in at the moment ... but yes they both seem like good options. Anything that gives you the outcome you want and feels nice doing it!
The Percept 100 should be in the top 5!! Amazing racket, my first change of racket in 2 years, took a fantastic racket to finally move away from my Ezone 98!
Not better, but more for me. 16/19 string pattern helps to give a bit of extra juice to the ball that the 18/20 string pattern in the Pro doesn't. We reviewed the whole range when they were released, check it out here: th-cam.com/video/KUlyregTxbI/w-d-xo.html
I just ask myself why there are two separate words for "easy" and "best". Oh, now I got it: "easy" and "best" don't mean the same. So I highly disagree on this list. It's like rating an F1 racing car as slow, just because few people can operate it properly - and the average speed overall would be close to zero.

What strings do you go with

Love the head speed. Is the pro version much harder to play with?
Ben- do you prefer Blade or Speed MP for your OHBH ?
Do you reckon Yonex Poly Tour Pro or Head Lynx Touch strings would go well with new Speed MP?

Toro Toro mains with Caviar Crosses.
How much different is the MP 2022 vs 2024? Worth the upgrade? I have the 2022 models.
2022 is better, better maneuverability
@@robertfudali6636its not
no Pure Drive or Pure Aero in the list?
Hello - what would you recommend for an older total beginner? thanks
The Percept 100 should be in the top 5!! Amazing racket, my first change of racket in 2 years, took a fantastic racket to finally move away from my Ezone 98!
I am beginner, should I go for Head Speed MP 2024. I want to buy a good racket, presently i am having Yonex EZONE SONIC. Please advise.
It’s not a bad option for you as beginner. The main consideration would be the step up in weight a Sonic (280g) to MP (300g)
Good video mate. Is this speed mp OK for beginners or should I avoid. Cheers
Thanks - glad you enjoyed.
Yes I think would do you fine.
@ph-tennis thanks for the reply. Great help
What strings does the speed mp come prestrung with?
And Yonex Percept 100? It is a much better option than the babolat!
Just missed out ... lovely racket.
Get more pop out the top of the new Bab 100 16x19. Yonex-y stringbed shape. Was 5-yrs on Speed MP. Bab better srv. Kaboom.
YO mean top 5 new racquet releases of 2024 although the shift got released last year

no Yonex, no ezone ! 🙄
Speed feels like a piece of iron strung with phone wire to me. Too solid, too harsh, also tires the arm badly.
Just because it’s advertised by Novak n sinner doesn’t make it number one racquet. In fact not that suitable for most recreational players
Fake news.
