OP 8 Pro ആയിരുന്നു എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഫോൺ. Green Line Issue വന്നപ്പോ അന്ന് 65K വിലയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന OP 11(16,256),എനിക്ക് 35k യ്ക്ക് OP നൽകി. ഏകദേശം രണ്ടര വർഷം ഉപയോഗിച്ച 8Pro+35k=OP11. അതേ സമയം ഇതേ Issue വന്ന iPhones ഉൾപ്പടെ ഉള്ള phones, അത്തരത്തിൽ യാതൊരു നടപടിയും എടുത്തതായി കണ്ടില്ല .

Samsung is also having issues with display green. Eventhough they provide replacement, that is limited to few models. Even after complaining to consumer portal, they are denying free screen replacement. It would be great if you could address that issue as well. Currently my phone is in service centre, and waiting for their response for almost 2 weeks.

I recently sent my OnePlus 9 Pro for a display replacement due to a green line issue, and the phone is still at the Kochi service center due to parts availability. Samsung is also having issues with display green. Eventhough they provide replacement, that is limited to few models. Even after complaining to consumer portal, they are denying free screen replacement. It would be great if you could address that issue as well. Currently my phone is in service centre, and waiting for their response for almost 2 weeks.
