Bloody brilliant - cheers. Any comments on a balm rather than an oil. I just think oil gets everywhere - I feel like i make a mess with oil.

Balms certainly are less messy, and they do the same job 🙂

Could you please advise what type of face cloth you use/recommend?

Thank you, this was an awesome, easy to understand explanation for cleaning. 1 question though, in your example at the end, you didn't show that you added any water to your oil cleanser after rubbing it in. Would you normally do that to help emulsify the make-up before removing the product with your face washer?

This particular oil cleanser doesn’t emulsify much when I add water so usually just really saturate my face washer and remove, but with other oil cleansers I’d add a bit of water and give it another once over with my hands before removing with my face washer 😊

lol on holliday I tried to use my oil cleanser in the shower - it didn't work very well now I know why. Adore beauty should write a skincare book - I'd buy it 😊

Haha you’re not alone! Lots of people make this mistake. Try it with dry hands and watch the magic happen!

if you use an exfoliating cleanser in your weekly rotation, should you still do a weekly scrub? or is that unnecessary

It depends on your skin type and how much exfoliation it can tolerate! If you have a more robust skin type, a weekly physical exfoliation may be fine, just keep an eye on signs of over-exfoliation like sensitivity and redness.
