This was so helpful! Should I still add sunscreen to my routine if I work inside and don't go outside much? Also, how long should I test out certain moisturizers and cleansers before trying the next one, (if I don't see results)? And where in my routine could I add an exfoliant like Paula's choice exfoliant? Thanks!!!
So glad to hear! You could still use a sunscreen if you're sitting near a window or go outside occasionally - and you would use an exfoliant after cleansing (could start a few times a week at night). In terms of testing out products, it's good to finish a product before you go to the next (for environmental reasons too!) but totally up to you - if your skin reacts to a product within a few weeks perhaps switch to a different one. Hope that helps :)
Iris Kathuria You can, but I would suggest alternating days for most people, and if you’re more sensitive, a couple of times a week. Always monitor your skins own response 😊
Can you do another video like this about creating a basic skincare routine?
This video was extremely helpful, thank you so much!
Would you do a video on bodycare products?

Would you recommend a ‘refresh’? For example did an early morning hike and have come home feeling a bit greasy and hot (oily skin). Thanks x
