Dude! Finally a Tiny Home that I can live in and not because of the Walk-in. I love everything about this house. The kitchen with the full size fridge, the pantry, the back splash, the island, the living room. God, and that shower. I love the entire thing!
I think this is my favorite tiny home - no loft, plenty of windows, good sized walk-in closet and bedroom and the washer and dryer in the closet, actual pantry storage where the washer/dryer used to be. Practically perfect!

I'd put an on demand water heater above the washer/dryer, which would create more pantry storage. I'd put adjustable shelves all the way to the ceiling above the closet rods for additional storage, ie: Christmas decorations in a tote bin, winter clothes and bedding, etc. The switches beside the front door need to be closer to the door so you're not reaching behind the tv to flip switches.
This is a great floorplan and the style is just beautiful. I'm really digging these "tiny" cottages as I get closer to retirement.

@@karlahiggins5993 If you're old/disabled, climbing stairs to a loft and crawling around up there is not an option. If you're young/able-bodied, go for it!
If that porch were an enclosed 3-season room it'd be perfect...

This is the first Tiny Home that really made me think seriously about buying. This is beautiful, and there’s no climbing. I feel guilty about saying that I really like luxury, but I do. And this looks delicious.

Perfect for seniors and disabled.
Great floor plan! The only thing I find missing on these homes is a place to put your coats and shoes when you come in the door. I would love to see a home including this in it. Other than that, great job!
This is awesome! As someone with a bad hip, I appreciate not having a loft to have to get up to, and the walk-in shower! And that closet 😍😍 I wouldn’t have to get rid of any of my many shoes and clothes 😁👍 Perfection 👌👌

Im disabled and use a wheelchair I would love a tiny home thats made for me to get around in and maybe lower everything so i can reach things from the chair..This home is beautiful and 60k is not a bad price

l was thinking the same thing. 34 feet is small enough l would like see a second bedroom with a Murphy bed so it could be multifunctional.
Legally they cannot make the interior any larger. To be deemed a park model the square footage of the interior floor can’t hit 400. The length of the trailer it’s on doesn’t matter. So it seems like it would be easy to take some of the outdoor space and make it larger inside, but as I have described it coul Ltd not keep the classification action of park model.

I agree with Mildred Johnson, this is the Best one I’ve seen! The only thing I would request on a build is that those two cupboards (one kitchen/one bathroom) would not go to countertop and take away from much used space🥰
The addition of the walk in closet and replacement of the washer and dryer it's awesome! I really like how you left so much space above to even increase storage room inside the closet.
It seems as if the home are so close to one another, how do you keep the outside noise away. I love this one plain wood, it is beautiful.

It's really hard to look at the place when you got somebody so handsome Showing it. But I do like the homes that he Does show and I do like how he lets us know what's going on and all the homes. I'm definitely loving this home. I love the couch. I love the colors.
