I REALLY LOVE this with no furniture and seeing what you get as it is upon delivery. I am an Artist who would use the space very differently than most people. I like to see where the wall outlets are and where my easels would be, etc. This model really suits my needs. Thank you for reminding me why I look forward to your videos!
I AM IN LUVVVVVVV WITH THIS OG MODEL!!! THE HUGE AMOUNT OF STORAGE, THE AWESOME SPACE THROUGHOUT THE HOME AND THE BEAUTIFUL BATHTUB IS WHAT GOT ME!!!!🥳🥳🥳
Mr. Tiny, this tiny home is almost perfect. The only thing left to make it the perfect house is a built-in desk in the hallway. That’s it! I live in Cali, you’ll definitely make me move to Texas with that 😅
Love it, it's Beautiful Mr. Mike Timmons! Awesome Tiny Home, Nice Layout, Spacious Loft, Windows, and a Really Great Price! God Bless, Thank You for Sharing!🏡
I like to see what I get with no furniture occasionally, but I also like to see the decor of people who have already purchased a home from you. I would like to see a model with a buil tin banquet in the kitchen, and an alcove bed with storage below in the bedroom and built in light fixtures for reading. No large windows in the bedroom just transom to allow for privacy. I love entering on the side of the home as well. A screened in porch or deck would add even more space. Thank you!
Hey Mr.. Tiny how about doing a Bayview OG with those exterior colors. The color combination on this model is stunning! I don't usually like the ones with no porch but this baby is so beautiful, I love it. 💜
Nice model. I think both staged and empty models are useful methods for showing a home or business space. I prefer sthe staged method, seeing a place empty doesn't bother me. My current apartment was empty when I first saw it. The place I lived before that was a trailer bought for me by relatives. They also bought the living room and kitchen furniture with the place. When I moved into my handicapped accessible apartment another relative moved into the trailer. I liked living there except for the porch steps and the tub. My knees are shot, so I was having a really hard time with the tub and the steps. I like my accessable apartment even better, but still long for a handicapped accessible home of my own. Unfortunately, that's going to remain a wishful dream because I can't afford it. Dreams don't cost money, so I keep watching these tiny and small home videos. Mr. Tiny does a good job showing these places.😃
Not being distracted by décor made this an interesting tour. I think that a twin bed would be best in that small master bedroom or even bunk beds with perhaps a double on the bottom and a single on the top. The most impressive feature is the split loft and the actual amount of headroom kids would have using it.
Beautiful home and like the no furniture and decor so I could see how I would set up my stuff in it. Thanks! Another good job and another one on my list!
It was great to see an empty tiny home. This helps me to imagine what I want to put in my tiny home.Good idea. But, I still like the decorated homes the most. Maybe you can display a tiny home with less windows just to get the feel or idea of how it feels to have less windows in a tiny place.
Hey there Mr. "Tiny"(MikeT)!! RRC thru you really showcase a durable and attractive tiny house for example. This OG is so tempting!! Thanks for the tour.
very nice tiny home looks like good construction and design, I hope someday in the future to live in one, if it can be transported to Oregon, keep up the great work,
Absolutely love to see it without furniture. You may want to consider adding a 360 degree video with both on your website. This would take care of all who want to see it with or without.
Mr. Tiny deserves a salesman award! I wish those lofts were 6' tall at least. Older people cannot crawl around. I don't understand why they just can't go a little taller on the Tiny Home lofts... I think they would sell more if they just added a few extra feet.
I think that if the home is on a dropped axle, the builder may be able to go a few inches taller (could have a significant impact for taller individuals) in the loft area. The problem with making the loft taller, though, is that these homes that classify as recreational RV’s must be built to certain specs-maximum height of a space (i.e. under 399 feet) before it can no longer be classified as only a loft space. So if it has a walkable space, then it generally counts as part of the overall square footage! Then, there is the maximum height for the roof for portability as well to consider. That being said, Mr. Tiny does deserve a Salesmanship award for his outstanding passion and showmanship. I have read that he does these video recordings in a marathon fashion-recording several all at once!
Love both. No furniture and with. Would like a fireplace and no loft and with beams over head. A bead room just a tiny bit bigger to comfortably fit a queen bed. That’s it. That’s what I would want. ❤️🔥❤️🔥
I really loved seeing the home without furniture. It really doesn't look like 399 sq ft! It looks bigger. It's too bad the ceiling height can't be raised at least another foot in these tiny homes because of traveling to their final destination; It really would make the loft space even more spacious.
Love the split loft yet in my opinion there are way too many windows. You have to think about the heating & cooling bills, during the winter and summer months, with all those windows. Also, with that many windows it leaves you less room to decorate walls and just make it yours. Just some thoughts.
I would like to see a Tiny House with a Master bedroom that can comfortably fit a king size bed and a smaller bedroom that is on the ground floor 😊 thanks
Realistically, you won't get both of those things without really compromising elsewhere, like not having a living room. The only floor plan I can think of that you might be able to alter to do this is The Martin, the second bedroom in that is tiny though. There's only so much they can fit in 399 square feet!
In these models with loft areas do you ever install moving stairs, chair lifts or hydraulic lift elevators to make them more accessible for people who wouldn't be able to climb a ladder or stairs?
Can this tiny home be towed with a person truck? What is the price? Can I schedule an appointment to come to TX to see the models? Haven’t ever heard back from anyone but would really like to talk to someone.
All styles are wonderful, Sarfri and Modern Bali Homes could also be considered Windows should be positioned for easy cleaning All homes should have a utility area to store mops, brooms, rakes, bicycles, and such things. The problem with these homes no area to store cleaning things or vacuum cleaners. We need more than washers and dryers.
Bathroom other side of kitchen the best. Most tinys have them in or steps from kitchen and living alone still it just doesn’t belong in a kitchen or within reach I go to a house and use bathroom in kitchen even #1 makes me feel anything but private
Is it even possible to purchase a fully furnished TH? If so, how much is the extra cost? If it's not possible, I prefer seeing the homes without the furniture and decor! as it's not misleading! Thank-you!
Homes are beautiful, videos are great ! But trying to get ahold of someone or get a reply back to buy one from out of state is lacking , been trying for a week with no return call or even the email my wife was supposed to get . Makes me fell like you don’t want to deal with out of state buyers !
He only ever gives rough measurements, it's actually 11'8" wide according to the floor plan. That adds another 20ish square feet right there, plus there's three bump-outs and the bayed window area which would add extra inches as well. All adds up!
C'mon Mr Tiny, where'd you play Football 🏈?
Love the exterior, the ability to add a large sofa, a dining table, and a tub! I would like to see this with a deck as well. Very nice!
Lord i want that tiny house in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen
And so it shall be. 🙏
🙏🏼
Praying with you in agreement - God bless you!
AMEN!!!
And, Amen 🙏🏿
I AM IN LUVVVVVVV WITH THIS OG MODEL!!! THE HUGE AMOUNT OF STORAGE, THE AWESOME SPACE THROUGHOUT THE HOME AND THE BEAUTIFUL BATHTUB IS WHAT GOT ME!!!!🥳🥳🥳
You're the bath bomb Mr Tiny! 😉
Adding that deck really expands your living area in nice weather ! Really nice. And my little short self can see out the kitchen window.
Beautiful home, thanks for showing this home without being decorated, be safe and be blessed
That is a very charming house. The porch is fantastic.😊 8:48
I like the tour without the furniture. Nice layout for people who have kids or don't have problems going up and down stairs.
Live tuning in on Tuesdays! Totally look forward to your posts. Thank you 🙏
Love it! Great loft space. Nice to see w/o furniture for a change. Thank you, and God bless. Just me Bea

I liked seeing this undressed version. I enjoy the staged models too

Love all the gorgeous windows, especially that bay/bow window! 💜💜💜
The stairs on the outside is wonderful for cardiac exercise, and helps with health.

Loved the color scheme and layout of this tiny home. Thank you, Mr. Tiny.
Thanks for showing this tour without furniture. 🙌🏾👏🏾
Make this a two bedroom & I’d love it!

I would love to see more two bedroom tiny houses ❤❤
That is a very charming house. The porch is fantastic.😊
You do match your clothes to the homes! Oh my!
No decor is best, thanks! Love this floorplan!
Love this one!! Exactly what I want!!
Absolutely beautiful loved seeing it unfurnished...I would have the washer and dryer combo so I could make at least a small pantry...

Like the front room layout
Beautiful ❤❤❤❤I still like a 2 bedroom ❤❤❤❤
This is my favorite tiny home!!!
Hey there Mr. "Tiny"(MikeT)!! RRC thru you really showcase a durable and attractive tiny house for example. This OG is so tempting!! Thanks for the tour.
Absolutely love! 😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰
I love this tiny house
I love this model ❤️
And Mr tiny you do a fabulous job ☺️ thank you.

I love the bath tub

An exit / entry door in the bedroom verses that window, thank you!
Love this home just add the large deck it would be perfection.
It's adorable

So cute!!
QUESTION: What if you don't want the higher windows? Can you make small changes during the build process? Thanks great home!
Like the front door on the side of the home
Furnished is nice but empty units are my favorites.
I like this one!
Love it‼️
So funny you were saying 104k when I hit the like button at 1.4k crazy 😂 love this tiny home ❤ great job!!

Oh and a wrap around porch with fireplace outside.
Nice job like ur style u the man thnks
Do you any with the living room in between the kitchen and bathroom?
Love it
This was lovely!
Is there a linen closet area in the bathroom? I wish there was some kind of at least a small pantry closet but I do love the hutch
I like when Mr. Tiny stands in the shower to show us how big it is.
@RecreationalResortCottage what do you have for me? an STI?
If one metre is added to bedroom, and 1.5 metres in the loft, then this tiny home would be something I'd buy.
I love it!
EPIC 🙏
Beautiful. ♥️
What is the most high end luxury model so far?
Nice one.

What does the Larest RRC look like?😀
Giving thought to moving south to Lehigh, OK. Would that be within your delivery and set up area?

@@spiritedsamph thank you! Even if it’s somewhat possible makes me happy!
@@terriemooneyham9254 thank you for the info I appreciate it!
This is so beautiful home but I really wish it hadn't been decorated
I love Mr. TINY 🥰. Lol, he can sell honey🍯 to bees 🐝.
Question what is the height of the home, from the floor to the highest point of the roof? As well are these considered mobile homes?
Do you have RCC in Central or Eastern Tennessee? What do you have under $100,000?
In these models with loft areas do you ever install moving stairs, chair lifts or hydraulic lift elevators to make them more accessible for people who wouldn't be able to climb a ladder or stairs?
Hey mister Mike tiny Timmons have y'all ever thought about going to tankless water heaters just a thought 🤔
They have shown tankless a couple times recently, it's definitely an available option.
What if I want a Fisher and Paykell one drawer dishwasher on the right side of my sink?
Can this tiny home be towed with a person truck? What is the price? Can I schedule an appointment to come to TX to see the models? Haven’t ever heard back from anyone but would really like to talk to someone.

I love the videos and will be a customer before the end of the year, but please get a microphone. I can barely hear you talking in your videos
❤❤❤❤
I love all the light. But all these windows really cut down on wall space.
What are the dimensions of this house (L x W x H), please?
Should have been filmed in black & white to go with the lack of sound.😁 Ah! The sound came on. We're good.😄
Nice to see an empty tiny home. it is easier to see how it can be decorated using your own furniture.

Can you put a walk in tub in a tiny home?
Check out incredible tiny homes in Newport Tennessee. Prices starting at $20,000 for an 8 x 16 on Wheels.
No stove for me dishwasher instead i only use my convection oven and cook top i would like a smaller kitchen area front room with 2 bed 1 1/2 bath😊
💖👍🏽😊
❤️🌟
No furniture is a nice touch.
☺👍👍
Has anyone ever said there are too many windows ?
I actually feel I need walls for my bookcases.
Still too many windows 😢
❤❤💯💯✅✅
I want to see furniture and I would like average size not the small stuff. It gives me a better idea because I’m tall and like deep seating.
11 x 34 = 374 square feet. What’s the deal with that? Home should be wider.
He only ever gives rough measurements, it's actually 11'8" wide according to the floor plan. That adds another 20ish square feet right there, plus there's three bump-outs and the bayed window area which would add extra inches as well. All adds up!

No loft and bathroom too close to the fridge and kitchen...
