Constantly promoting forward facing sonar, which will be the death of our precious fisheries. Do you not think this technology will advance? It's already out of line with the ethics o fair chase. But hey it's fun and you can make money off of it.. I guess that's all that matters to people these days.

At some point you have to stop blaming the tools and start holding people that abuse the resource accountable

Its called catch and release, jeebus dude, not everyone keeps everything they catch, also reason why slots and limits have been reduced and will continue to do so.

Forward facing sonar will most likely be less effective in time, already see fish shy away when used ,targeting deep fish is up to the individual .

@@antonshoemaker665 Except for if a few people keep their limit of big fish or use this sonar and keep over their limit, they can destroy a fishery in short time. There are a lot of small bodies of water out there that can be exploited. Limits will not save our fisheries. The more fish that are caught, the more fish will become unhealthy and the more fish will die. You are completely ignorant for thinking otherwise. Again, it just doesn't align with fair chase and we should respect that.

@@dionbrandt6176 You have absolutely no idea if it will be less effective. What happens when the technology improves even further? In hunting, you have to give the animal some kind of advantage, we have to do the same thing in fishing. The technology exploits our fisheries. That's the bottom line. It in no way aligns with fair chase and we should respect that.
