    Thank you for the workouts. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 2 months . I still have a long way to go but I’m happy and proud of myself for persisting! Thanks to you for workouts that are good for people like me who easily get bored with gym and walking .

      @@saivineela2535 I have done most of the videos on this channel . 7 months ago when I commented I had lost 20 lbs and then over the period of next few months , I followed the workouts and lost more and now have lost a total of 50 lbs. I also made changes to my diet which was also a huge part of my journey.

      @@ishatandon6805 not any particular ones, I did different one most days . I do have some favorites like the non stop ones and depending on my energy levels for the day I picked a short or long work. But I think the key is consistency with exercise but more importantly what you eat. To update from my comment a year ago, I continued to lose in a healthy way and lost a total of 60 lbs and now at my target weight. I see it more as life style modification than a weight loss journey.

    After 1 ankle sprain & 3 knee injuries over the last 1.5 years. I really lost all my motivation to lose the 12 kgs I gained. I’ve been at these dance workouts for the last 3 days and I LOVE them! Your energy is also so infectious. It’s easy enough on my legs and I feel motivated to workout! Thank you so much ❤️

    So this is my third video of your workout that I've been following. I took workout seriously and tried many forms of workout, but I never found joy and satisfaction. I stumbled across your profile while researching dancing workouts a few days ago and enjoyed the layout of your channel. So the first day I completed your workout, I only did half of it because it is full of energy. Then, for the second time, I began and completed your workout session. It was full of enthusiasm and I felt like I genuinely performed the workout for the first time. This is the third video of yours that I have done and I felt joy.
