Forza 7 PC on lowest settings

Some people have never seen what FM7 looks like on PC when all the settings except screen resolution are turned down. Here it is. Forza 7 running on My PC, with low everything, except where I can turn something off. This kind of look like what FM7 could be if it were running on an Xbox 360.
The footage was captured with Xbox's game DVR app on PC. I never bothered to see if it can capture at 60FPS. The game DVR captured the footage at 30FPS, I did have my FPS counter going at the top of the screen, so you can see what my actual FPS was.

Sorry for not seeing this question, when you asked. I am running a GTX 1070. My processor is a i5 3570K on a Z77 motherboard. 16 Gigs of DDR3.
