These are the GSDF camouflage pants, it's just a more specific way to refer to them than just "JSDF", even though most people refer to these as the JSDF camo. To put it into context, the JSDF refers to the entire Japanese military and includes the JGSDF ("Army"), JMSDF (Navy), and JASDF (Air), which all use their own camouflage patterns.
