Thank you @TenorshareOfficial for a awesome and concise tutorial. P.S., for anyone wondering why sometimes it takes forever to reinstall MacOS. This is primarily due to your internet connection. I have around 15mbps and it took me roughly 3-3.5 hours. Then another 40 min or so to copy half a terabyte of data from my ssd. @@Srazz That would work. I backed up my data on Sonoma and when I reinstalled Ventura, I used the most recent Time Machine back up (from macOS Sonoma) and everything worked. The Time Machine only copies the data not the OS. Hope this helps.

If there’s no Sonoma, you might have the Full Release of it, instead of a Beta Copy. You might be able to download a Ventura Installer online and successfully downgrade
Help please. After deleting the disk utility nothing happened apart from deleting it and I didn’t get send to recovery or get the option to install an older update
Thanks you so much. I wasn’t expecting to instal macOS Monterey but my m1 MacBook Air showing Monterey is in recovered mode. That’s a big big surprise for me. Again thank you so much.
Thanks so much for this detailed video, was so disappointed ☹️ when I did the update nothing important worked for me with that new Mac update never again. Thanks again 😊
can we downgrade this without backing up data using external? I'm not planning to backup my files though and I don't have external in the first place..
Im using Sonoma public version in my MacBook Air M1... and that's heating my Mac so much now... simply watching TH-cam videos in Safari is heating it up like CRAZY!.
Thank God I found this video! Very straightforward and easy to do step by step! Using the same method for my Sequoia beta version to Sonoma! I learned my lesson! No more beta hahahahahaha

These instructions are terrible. Cmd R does nothing for me. All I've been able to do following these instructions is restart my mac a few times. And several hard shut downs...
Can someone help me I’m re-downloading Ventura now as they do in the video but it took two hours and still hadn’t re-downloaded and said that it would be another 7 hours to go! Is this normal or is it just broken?
Lol why do many people have elaborate articles about doing this process with external drives and installer disks, when you can just follow this simple process!
Mental note: “Never install beta versions again.”
Mental note 02: "Never update the Operating System while you are still working on a project!" (it happened to me... hahah)
Really ! My battery was so bad with the beta Sonoma 3h no more !! Thanks for the video !

I would never ever install Sonoma OS beta again. Thanks for your guidance video.

I think this only worked when it was in beta
wow..exactly the video that I was looking for. Thank you so much. Clear explanations!
