    Pro tip: heat a pot of boiling water. Let it cool slightly, then put the end of the hose in the pot. Let it sit for 1 minute then take it out and connect it to the fitting. The hose expands just enough to fit over the fitting so you don't have to cut the fitting nor file it down.
    Great videos my man. Love what you're doing!

      It looks like an MIP pex adapter, if it's legal I would just hook pex up instead of cutting the barbs off and potentially risking a leak. If you can I would also use brass fittings instead of plastic with water. I don't know code for food trucks but I figure it would be legal

    Thanks so much for this informative series, it's been very helpful to me. I'm still sifting through all of your videos, but I have a question I was hoping you could help with:
    I'm from a country with fairly narrow roads and a smaller van/truck would be perfect. So I was wondering if a high-roof van (like Dodge Promaster/Ford Stepvan) would provide enough horizontal and vertical space to cook & serve tacos, sandwiches and maybe curries. Got any tips or advice on this you'd be willing to share?

    • @fbaltierrez
      @fbaltierrez  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The fill valve that will go on the side of the trailer has a place to put the vent pipe right next to the fill line. Works great

    • @michaelrobertson7912
      @michaelrobertson7912 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The only problem I see with hooking the 2 vent lines together is that if for some reason the gray water tank gets ignored and over fills it will back up into the vent and then eventually flow into the fresh water tank. Not sure most health depts. would approve that.
