Ingredients 材料 :
150g /2/3 cup unsalted butter （无盐牛油）
80g /2/3 cup icing sugar （糖粉）
33g/1 egg white （蛋白）
1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder （即溶咖啡粉）
1/2 tbsp hot water （热水)
1/4 tsp coffee essence （咖啡香精）
200g /1 1/2 cups plain flour （普通面粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
Some white chocolate chips （白巧克力粒）
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以160°C上下火烤20分钟。

Just tried this, i love a crunch in a cookie! my white choc chip burnt a bit tho, I baked at 160 for 15 mins. I will leave out choc chip but nice light coffee taste n crunch.

You're very hardworking as I see that you keep posting your nice desserts few times in a week. One question … would it melt the butter mixture as the coffee mixture is still warm? I plan to follow your new recipe to make the coffee marble cheesecake tomorrow.
The mixture no longer hot or warm after mixing with coffee powder，so it’s not melting
Is there no need to chill the piped cookie dough before baking? My piped doughs always melt into a puddle of mess if i dont chill them in the chiller before baking. I’m living in Singapore...
