There was never a flooding problem when I grew up on the city. And how & why exactly is Toronto in debt for 26 billion ? Especially with the increased population and housing from all these mega tall buildings ? Money wasted somewhere. Now you pay the price and peoples homes and properties affected. Part of my job I get to take care of battery charging systems and inverters along with the batteries. We usually call hydro before people do because the backup system is monitored.
