Master wont be necessary stat with cs degree covers the knowledge necessary for Ai/ datascience fields you would need to gain experience, work on your own projects . Try kaggle for data sci projects and practice it

There are plenty of online courses out there as well as resources like 'Kaggle' to play around and gain the practical experience on data science.

What is the difference between Data Science and Data Analysis ?

In simple words data analysis is performing mostly statistical analysis for the data to answer questions for the known questions we have on them while data science provide insights and predictions about the data where we even don't know the question. It involves a multi-disciplinary approach.
