Many moons ago. I set out to do many of MC Hammer moves. I actually enrolled in a dance school and the instructor there actually help move me along in a lot of what he does. One thing I learn through it all is you have to be in superlative shape to make it all come together and at the speed he does it. One glaring fact I came to realize when doing all of this was what MC Hammer was doing was unsustainable in the long run.
