ikr rendang indonesia is the best food! esp rendang from padang 😆 and ofcourse rendang made by my mom is the most yummy hahahaha.. seems Indonesia is Korean next target market even SM will hold their audition here.

Rendang adalah makanan khas dari Sumatera Barat yang sudah menjadi makanan kebanggaan nasional Indonesia, jadi rendang sudah tersebar luas ke seluruh Indonesia termasuk Bali. Menurut saya, tempat yang paling cocok untuk merasakan citarasa otentik rendang adalah di Sumatera Barat. Aslinya kuah rendang kental dan terasa berminyak karena mengandung santan. Buat saya rendang versi Medan lebih enak karena lebih pedas daripada versi aslinya.

That's fancy beef rendang can't beat the warung nasi padang rendang. If you really want the real taste of rendang kicking in your mouth you should do what Mark Wiens did in his channel.

aku tekan sebab nampak diorang makan beef rendang, lagi-lagi raya ni macam kena je KBS post... sekali, makan kat fancy restaurant aduhhhh....... sepanjang visit Indonesia, most fancy I've been was only to Garuda or Rumah Makan Sederhana. Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean, Brunei Rendang unite! So lovely seeing common food. Mungkin gaya masak berbeza je.. even kat Malaysia different states have different ways of making rendang. I like beef rendang mixed with paru, cooked on firewood. The smokey taste is different than those cooked on a stove. Mat Ri Ye!

actually at every region in Indonesia have their own Nasi Goreng version. when u go to Bali, u should eat Babi Guling and Ayam Betutu. that's their signature dish

ive never seen beef rendang with that much soup before. my friend's mum from padang cooked me one, that was drier than the usual ones found in JKT, and it was sooo good. i guess i just like my rendang on the drier side...

Hey guys, i'm from indonesia :) for those who wanna try nasi goreng, i recomend to try it not at a fancy restaurant but at street food sellers and for rendang, try to visit padang instead. In Bali u have to try their pork!

Malaysia and Indonesia have same dish Rendang. But, every different place in both countries have a different taste of Rendang. For Malaysia I like from Kelantan, for Indonesia from Padang. Malaysia rendang goes well with lemang(sticky rice in bamboo), Indonesia I like it with buras(rice wrap in banana leave). OMG I’m drooling.

I feel happy and proud that a Korean TV show promotes world's no.1 dish, Rendang. That's definitely one hell of a dish. Although the Rendang shown here doesn't look the original one from Padang, at least more people will recognize this dish when they come to Indonesia. Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) is a must too! It's one of the simplest dish to make, yet the end result could be really delicious.

Rendang has no soup actually, you must stir it until the soup become dry. When the soup still there and not dry yet, we call the food Kalio, not yet rendang 😁
