I think what frustrates me the most is that many people go through these things and by lying they’re making it seem like it’s embarrassing when things like this happen all the the time and want people and children to live in this fantasy! If they told the truth I think it would’ve made people love them more or trust them
I hate when she said she was giving her baby cold baths, whether it's true or not.. when I was young our gas was shut off for a week and I still vividly remember my mom heating multiple pots of water to boiling and pouring it into the bath tub. (She heated it until boiling cause it wouldn't get cold while heating up another batch.. plus the new batch would warm up the previous one). I obviously didn't get into the tub with the water boiling hot but she made sure my baths were warm regardless of our situation.
That's because you had parents who gave a damn about their kid. 💩 happens and sometimes bills hit before the paycheck, things get turned off, my 22yr old can tell you. NEVER EVER did my son go without. I, the parent, went to bed hungry or whatever the case. The fact she thinks anyone would live in a dangerous house with their kids all the while making TH-cam vids is....smh
We had to take baths that way often when I was little - my mom actually used boiling water because it could heat up a larger volume of cold water. It was a bit inconvenient, and a little bit of extra work for my mom, but our baths were nice and warm even when the hot water heater was on the fritz.
My parents did the same and then when my daughter was little we lost electricity for a week from a storm and we still made sure she had a warm bath.. where is cps at??

Tell me about it. When I was a teenager, our gas got cut off for 2 months. Eventually we got used to boiling water on our electric hot plate but it still sucked.
This is sad because they used their children to acquire all this wealth. Eventually they'll have to file bankruptcy and their children will have gotten 0% of the money they worked hard for (sacrificing parts of their childhood) ... if mortgage fraud is happening ... they might lose their parents all together. For what? It's insane.
Rightt?? When are they going to go go jail for their antics. Mortgage fraud, not paying taxes, fraudulent contracts for the fighters...if goes on. The victims are the kids imagine how much the kids resent them when all the money is gone knowing their parents used them just to flex fancy cars to a bunch of 12 year olds. Dont count on these fools saving college funds for their kids🤦♀️. So sad!! Not to mention the internet is forever, the kids are gonna get teased in school about their shiitty scammer parents!!

One time when the Austin cheating allegation happened, one commenter said, "Who cares, everyone cheats anyway." One, that's a dumb thing to say. Two, the commenter is also probably a kid and this is basically what they're learning from that channel at this point.

The part that still irks me is that the Ace family were saying how they had no choice but to expose their children to this house, bathing babies in cold water and sleeping in a home without any warmth etc. When they 100% had a choice to just find a safer house. This is just straight up child abuse.

See I think the cold water and no gas is just a complete lie to make them look like more of the victims because we’ve seen pictures/videos of their gas stove working because through all of this they’ve had a private chef and any sane person would heat the cold water before bathing themselves and their child in it and it’s just obvious that if she was telling the truth she’d have mentioned that and cried about having to heat the water

I think a lot of has to do with Austin’s ego not letting go of the fact that he wanted to be a professional basketball player and still acting like he has the money to live the lifestyle he wish he had.

That honestly pisses me off. My mother has done the same crap with me and my bro, she brought us “cool” stuff but never focus our health. It’s only till when I turn 18, (along with my brother when he too turn 18) that she basically threw us out and told us to “fix” our health problems.

Why didn't she just buy a huge bathing basin and boil some water on the stove in a big pot and mix it with some of the cold water and pour it into the bathing basin and give her kids a bath. My Grandmother did that back when she was in Jamaica and she bathed her children( my Mother and Aunts and Uncles) when they were young.... The McBroom's need to stop the cappin' about everything.

I'm an insurance adjuster, I make great money, but my wife and I still live within our means. We still coupon, we shop at thrift stores, and occasionally we'll still buy something nice or take a little vacation with our kid. Just be smart with your money, it really is a lot more simpler than you would think. Don't spend money you don't have, make a budget, stick to it, and keep track of your expenses. It's work, but it's absolutely worth it, it literally and figuratively pays off in the end.
I work a warehouse job, close to $18/hour and yes I've got the money, but I'll still thrift and be content.
Staying humble and living in your means will take you a long way

The water damage was Austin’s fault, there was no proof of the leaking in the ceiling, they had a working gas stove that we’ve seen multiple times because through all of this they had a private chef and guess what’s in the pics??? The fucking gas stove ON, and if they didn’t have hot water she would’ve heated it to bath her kids in it and she would’ve gone to the laundry mat and if that’s the case we would’ve seen pics and they would’ve been crying a WHOLE lot more I literally don’t buy a word of any of their bs claims this is blatant tax fraud and mortgage fraud

These people are just greedy scam artists, I'm now 100% convinced of that. The only people I genuinely feel bad for is their children who I would not be surprised if they loose at some point because of their antics.
I work for a mortgage company as a loan closer, my job is to create all the documents that the borrower signs and to set up the closing appointment. Holy smokes, what they did is soooo illegal. We cancel borrower loans about to sign or fund for lying to us on documents so lying and then funding your loan is a big big big no no to us. Legal action needs to be taken against them, they 100% knew how sneaky and dishonest they were on their documents.
I just closed on my first home a month or so ago and after going through the ENTIRE loan-obtaining process over the span of six months + signing 150+ legal documents on my Closing Day, I legitimately cannot wrap my head around them committing this level of brazen fraud while continuing to downplay their faults and play dumb. It truly baffles me. I didn't have a damn clue what an underwriter was or what Escrow was for before I started this process last May, but you are essentially forced to learn as you go whether you want to or not because it's obviously an extremely complicated and involved process. What on EARRRRTTTHHH were they thinking?!

I don't think Avi is shady at all. It's covered pretty well in Attorney Tom's video that they bought the house as in on a fast title, and they even purchased Avi's company. They knew the house wasn't ready to move into, went through multiple hoops to buy the house anyways and then still moved in.
Called it! When I saw your video, "giving them the benefit of the doubt", I was like, BS, they have a HUGE history of conning and scamming had months to create and act out this lie. These people are just foul!
They definitely tried to buy and live in the house using a owner-builder loan, not an actual mortgage. Which is mortgage fraud.
They couldn’t get a $25mil loan for the house. So they “became owners in the company that owned the house so they could transfer the deed into their name, and then took out a $9mil owner-builder loan”. The money from the loan likely went to Avi for the house. They can’t live in the house under their loan agreement. They don’t have a contractor, THEY ARE the contractors. The bank probably found out (from their videos claiming they were living in the house) that they were living in the house. So the bank canceled their loan and is foreclosing on the house.
They probably got scammed because they wanted to cut corners and/or couldn’t get a mortgage on the house. They also probably had all kinds of promises from Avi, who likely ran off with the money once they paid him and the house was in their name.
I’m sure it’s a combination of them being cheap, scammy, trying to cut corners, and just good old fashioned ignorance and stupidity.

Putting an infant in an all cold bath seems pretty dangerous for the babys health. Probably slow its heart rate and increase its chance of getting sick which happens when anybody gets cold tempwise due to your immune system slowing. Why not use a damp rag with soap and lightly pour small cups of water on parts of the baby, and wash it like that, while the babys wrapped up in a towel in your arms? As a kid when I only had cold water, thats how I did it to avoid sitting in freezing water. I know it might make a wet mess, seeing as you will probably get water everywhere, but its better than strait up dunking the infant in cold water. Who knows tho, maybe the water wasn't as cold as they made it out to be...? I also don't completely believe they only have cold water, I think they may be lieing for sympathy.

One of the lawyers on youtube covered this (attorneytom) and really broke down from a legal perspective. Which basically boiled down to ‘Catherine and Austin knew exactly what they were doing and screwed managed to screw themselves over’ honestly I am not surprised that at any of this. It’s a pretty good echo of that app scam of theirs and a couple of others they’ve done. Right down to blaming the people they hired/were in business with when they started to see criticism and consequences.
I highly doubt that they spent 3-4 months concocting this crap. If that is the case …🤦🏻♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣
I feel like if parents weren't able to provide hot showers for their children, then child protective services would become involved and take the children. If you can't give them hot baths then that's an unlivable situation
i’ve never heard of the Ace family until you started talking about them. i guess i’m one of the lucky ones to not fall into their scheme because i have no idea who they are.

Unfortunately I have seen some banks screw people out of their homes even with that large stack of paperwork. It can still happen. Not saying that is what happened to these horrible people. It typically only happens to lowly people with no voice.
