They are past the point of being allowed to make any payments now because they let it get to the point of them settling an auction date unless they can come up with 9 million. The problem with that is they are being sued by so many people, I'm not sure they can even do that. They should have filed for bankruptcy which would have given them 3 months to work with the bank to put the payments they owed on the back end of their loan. Austin is so narcissistic that he just dragged his family into a financial hole they won't recover from.

@@SnowofLight No, they're are professionals that deal with these auctions and it will sell for a lot more than that, as long as they don't have huge loans taken out against their equity. Those loans have to be paid off as well. These houses go through auction houses so it's all done on the up and up and people have been able to see that they haven't trashed their house like so many people do. I'm pretty sure it's going to go for at least close to market price.

I don't think the kids lives will be ruined per say, oh no they won't grow up in a multi-million dollar mansion, they'll likely settle in a 2 story suburb in Cali that isn't too bad but still better than I've seen a lot of people live. You gotta think Cali isn't Hawaii when it comes to housing prices, but it's still expensive to live, it's a little impossible for me to believe they don't have ANY money left.

Also all their luxury car payments? Any other business dealings of money they owe. Drains they're money down. Bryce Hall hasnt sued them yet but he hasnt been paid the 5 million he was promised for the fight, so Bryce can choose to sue them for 5million as well. Any money they earn goes toward these debts. Not to mention the hundreds of thousand of dollars this will cost them on all they're attorney fees for all these things. Looking bad for them. If they try to buy a home after they file bancruptcy, it will be hard for them to get a loan on a new house because of the bancruptcy drama, assuming they file bancruptcy. It will also be hard to find anywhere to rent with their history, home owners dont want to rent to people that dont pay they're Bill's. Will be interesting to see what happens to them.

Why are people feeling sorry for the kids? Being raised in a mansion isn't a necessity. They've lived in smaller homes that they probably don't remember, and they weren't in the mansion long enough to create memories, they'll never forget. If anything, they'll want to forget, as this was the biggest mistake their parents could have made. I can't feel sorry for someone who scammed a basketball event, promising to donate money to charity. Ironically the charity they'd chosen was one that Austin's father previously worked for. Idk man, this whole thing has my mind uncertain since it started because they have both said on camera that the eviction is fake but again why deny claims like that if there are court documents? Either they’re in a few denial or someone is really good at setting up the family. I think only time will tell. Following the saga of this family all I can think about is I feel sorry for those children and I really hope their parents had the foresight to put money away for their children's futures.
