One thing to keep in mind about NYC compared to other US cities -- New Yorkers are busy hustlin' all the time because the city is so expensive. Everyone is also raised to mind their own business. This is why if you mind your business and don't bother anyone, you really will be ignored in nearly any neighborhood you go in. Meanwhile, people in poorer, slower cities like Detroit or St Louis -- they're bored!!! and there aren't that many people. THEY WILL FUCK WITH YOU
You just talking to speak man. I'm from Detroit and lived in NY for 9 years now. Detroit is a hustlin ass city, always has been, and this is known throughout the Midwest. It's plenty of young dumb ass kids in NY who do nothing but shoot TikToks of them getting sturdy, rob people for pennies, and gangbang. Gangbangin is not even a part of Detroit culture, most the violence even among gangs has to do with money. I lived in all kind of hoods in the Midwest, NY, and the South, and the one universal is if you mind your business and don't carry yourself like a victim niggas is not gon bother you, nine times outta ten. Never had a single bad thing happen to me. I think they thought I was a cop lol. Only white person there I've ever seen. 😂
Lmao there's a good amount of white ppl in Brownsville now as of 2021-2022. ENY is where all the displaced moving to
You white?
Can you read? lol@@peternagy-im4be
Ppl in the hood don’t care about random civilians. They’re beef is w ppl that they personally kno. You’d have to be unlucky to run into ppl who are trying to rob random pedestrians. Especially in 2023
@@peternagy-im4beYou're special Ed
scary places, for sure! what car is that, at 10:01?
💯💯💯 to the girl from south jamaica queens who said, "lack of self control, lack of self respect"
I grew up in Connecticut and would always go down in New York City. My whole life. New York City is no joke. It’s not for the week.
South Jamaica in the building … shit that happens out here don’t make the news rs.
Facts. Them back blocks get tricky
As someone who has lived in NYC all their life, here's my list.
1. Brownsville
2. East New York
3. Queensbridge
4. South Bronx
5. Far Rockaway
As someone who has never lived there, I agree with that assessment.
How you put queens before the Bronx ? lol even the worse neighborhoods in queens are better than the best neighborhoods in the Bronx
You don't think to knock off Far Rockaway and add East Flatbush? There's an area of Avenue D so bad that all the stores are closing and leaving. I remember some time back damn a CADAVER was found on Schenectady
I wouldn't count Queensbridge as a whole neighborhood, and the rest of LIC isn't all that bad.
I heard the Bush (The 50's) get active but not more than those hoods@@HondaMom
Damn Brownsville wild 😹😹
9:55 I Was Just Watching A Movie On Tubi That Was Shot In Those Projects
I live the BX, ain’t that bad. Morris Heights, Kingsbridge and Fordham area.
Shout out to Church Ave.. in Crown Heights
So nice to see all these fine hard working people.
Came home to a body outside my spot in Highbridge and also walked into the middle of a near shootout on the way home with my girl. BX is wild at night
That is a daily occurence in Brownsville and East New York.
I lived in Highbt=ridgr for three years. While it was wild, it wasnt worse than Da Ville.
East ny needs to be up here. U can bump one of the queens hoods for the east.
All of this looks fine. It's literally what a decent city looks like. Not one boarded up building in any of this footage
Yea they fixed ny up… go look at the 80s n 90s… nothing but boarded up buildings n empty lots.. shit looked like a war happened
😂What does boarded up buildings have to do with anything?
In fact No boarded up buildings means more people!! live in these neighborhoods and a lot of those people hang out on the streets and can get into all types of trouble.
i love watching these videos. makes me feel so much better about myself. thank you. for anyone who is feeling badly about your life or your situation, watch these videso and you will feel much better. and be thankful you dont live there and arent any of these people.
I use to stay at utica ave N Linden for years. Now if i go back all you use is police cameras everywhere. It crazy.
Whats crazy is the people not demanding it be take down
B 15th st Far Rockaway had that spot running 24/7 for decades
Alot of people dont know how bad it really is in far rock
Dudes posted up infront of the church in Brownsvile is crazy lol
I lived in Brooklyn. Eas t NY and Brownsville and Crown Heights were horrendous for years.
Hunts Point? What about Bushwick? When I was there years ago for a job interview, I could see from the train that it was such a hellscape that I just walked across the platform, got on the westbound train, and got the F out. Lol. I heard it has improved though???
My nigga Dthang in the back 💚🐇 8:27
I live near South Jamaica. Hell!
Looks like it’s never a dull moment💯
its not that bad
All those houses make it look like a quiet suburb
Yo what is the song at 11:05?
Anything that happens in the Jamaica area usually comes and goes quickly. Brief arguments, f1ghts, r0bberies, sho0touts then back to quiet, residential southeast Queens. Like nothing happened
At 4:20 they playing that Rondo numbanine 🔥
@5:24 was the nicest part of Harlem ‼️
Far Rock is the worst. Ignore the stats, and just walk around there at night in the Summer and you will see what I'm talking about.
I live in farrock for nearly 3 years now and it’s not that bad at all.. I walk around at night all the time and nobody ever tried me … it’s dead and slow out here
South Jamaica is nowhere near as bad as it used to be. Brownsville, East New York, South Bronx that's the list. The other places just mind your business if you're there and keep it moving.
NY is a close thing compared to europe, like the city structure i mean
I been to Rockaways Playland before when I was a little kid. I don't remember much about it
Cuz they robbed you for your memories
Rockaway Playland was an awesome little version of CI in Queens ...was really cool
5- the Bronx
4- the Bronx
3- the Bronx
2- the Bronx
1- the Bronx
Honor mention: the Bronx
That's it's that's the list 😂😂
Leave us alone BK got worst parts
Oh ok😂
@@teemanz2264no it doesn’t😂
@@teemanz2264no they don’t lol
@@Slim545 east NY & Brownsville
I see your shadowing walking through South Bronx, but why it look like you’re on a manual scooter???! 🤣 Why you walk like that???! 🤣
He got that Gllltt on em
Bedstuy, Brownsville, East ny, fordham rd, Coney Island!!!
How come the worst and most violent areas anywhere in America are always with the same type of people? What is the real cause of this?
Yt supremacy
socioeconomic conditions, historical context, systemic issues, etc.
They bumpin that rondo out in Harlem 👍🏾
@9:54 Marcus Garvey would be proud.
I've research for many years wich one was the most dangerous part of New York..Trying to find wich part of N.Y is the most dangerous is like trying to find wich part of N.Y has the most women.. personaly , it's in midtown at night that i used to feel the most insecure altough nothing ever happen to me there..
Very beginning of the vid he starts off on my old blocks in Far Rock between Cornaga & Nameoke. Far Rock is easily the worst in NYC.
Lmao Dey bumping fivio loud sl Ina Garvey
south jamaica isnt that dangerous but there arent much dangerous neighborhoods left in new york.
yep, it's really only the South Bronx and Eastern Brooklyn (with a few pockets here and there in Queens and Manhattan) that actually look like the old grimy NYC.
Lol you must not watch the news and see what’s going on it’s active all parts of nyc even in Manhattan dudes is getting shot left and right, the Bronx def is the worse tho
Yea I live in Jamaica, and it makes no sense how we made the list over ENY. As long as you mind your business and stay away from Sutphin, the projects or Bricktown you'll most likely be fine.
@@hoodlambo sutphin isnt even that bad its only "bad" closer to downtown jamaica but theres tourists all over there cause of lirr and airtrain
i can see why jamaica made the list.. try to do uber eats in that area and go up into the P’s to deliver food you’ll see what i’m talking bout lol but yea like dude said just stay out the way and u good like any other place
