Elden Ring | Parrying The God Out of Zamor Knights + No Flasks, Crit Heal Only

Knights of Zamor are super annoying. So I decided to bully them in the best way possible. :)
The active dagger parry window is 9 frames at the end of the animation with 12 non-active startup frames. That's about 1/7th of a second or 150 milliseconds at my average fps of 60. Parries are by far the hardest mechanic to pull off in an already psychotically difficult game. But I don't care. My journey to parry godhood continues.
