Thank you Jimmy, there is just something about your videos that stills the madness in the world, such a lovely peaceful video, the little boat, the calmness of the water and beautiful sunset and the gentle little Olive, what more could you want. 😊
The gathering of friends and music is the part of vlogging the nomadic life that many stopped sharing, this is more akin to the natural life we imagine nomads live, not always trouble and strife. ☺️
Jimmy so great to hear from you, thanks for the peaceful video! Your videos are always so informative & calming, I just love them. They always reconnect your soul with what is important in this crazy world we live in right now. God bless you & Olive & safe travels!!!
Olive turned out to be the best doggo ever. Keep that sun off your beautiful face and head, (says I) Water has memory. I'm sure you've watched the videos about that. You are drawn to water for the peace and healing, especially moving water or waterfalls. I'll be waiting for your next walk showing all the flowers. Take more barefoot walks for earthing. Take care! I'm following from Texas.
Totally jealous of Senator Wash. It looks absolutely amazingly beautiful and peaceful. Really could use that in my life right now. Enjoy and safe travels! ~ Kat
Great vid Jimmy loved the music also great to see Olive with not a care in the world. Remember when you got her you weren’t sure if it would work.now look at her xx
Hey Jimmy, it's great seeing U again, I can't wait until U feel like Ur Old self again & start taking photos of flowers & the beautiful secluded areas in the forests that R so U that Ur always so willing to share W/All of us. i always find such Joy & Peace as I spend time combing over Ur Vlogs snapping Photos of this & that. I have a file in my Photo Library for each one of U guys from the tribe full of Photos that I've taken from Ur trips. I pull this one or that one out every now & again & use them as my Wallpaper on my different devices I have several, so I can have countless wallpapers... These photos bring healing & Life into my life when I can't get out & go anywhere.. That is another reason why I MISS U so much when U don't post. I take my Pocket-Vacations when U go here & there.... Anyway Thank U for posting... Try if U can 2 post more often...... Please......
What a nice video Jimmy! Always wonderful to see and hear you! Loved that little boat. Sunsets to see, wow oh wow... Nice to see the people, boats and dogs. Olive to a true Nomad now I see. Thank you for all you share Jimmy. Love you sweetheart! MommaFaye 🌺😷

Wow thanks! I am adding to my places to visit and camp. I sure appreciate your peaceful, interesting, and educational videos! I finally got an offer I could accept on my homestead, I'm under contract and fingers crossed if all goes well I'll close within a couple months then I have agreement to remain on the land for up to 6 months in order to find a new home base that I can pay cash for and relocate all my stuff. Then I will build a rig to travel nomad off grid style and maybe by next year I'll be able to make a few trips. I bought my homestead here in Florida in 1993 as home base and for future retirement plan. I've been retired for a while but still paying mortgage so I couldn't afford to travel. I've turned down many offers over the past few years because I knew my property had commercial value being on major highway and over 2 acres. I guess the time is right with everything going commercial around me, I got the offer I finally could accept. I'm so excited and full of hopes that my retirement dreams are coming true. Fingers crossed! I'll be 70 next February 2022 and I hope I will be able to have rig finished by my birthday and then head out on at least a short trip camping in National Parks and maybe go see some family I haven't seen in many years.
Love to see what you find for a home base.. wishing you well..and success.. I wanted to make a homestead farm into a place with spots nomads could make their home base or a place they feel comfortable and safe and pull up their rig next to a shed/tiny home that could store items they might need but not haul around everywhere they went. It would have a fresh mountain stream.. a pond.. places to walk to from their spot..or enjoy like a small country store.. a place to sell crafts for earning some money, and some could grow flowers or vegetables etc or plant a fruit tree. Sell or barter the extra, or even share with other nomads.
@@cherriemckinstry131 That is a nice thought, I hope you can do that one day and make that dream come true for yourself! I had to travel for my job for over 20 years I traveled around the country where ever they sent me. I worked construction, mostly commercial malls and hospital projects. I did most of my traveling by myself in a Ford Econoline Van with a mattress and camping gear. I also have had travel trailers, and motorhomes over the years of traveling. I had this place to come back to as my homebase between jobs. We usually worked 3 months and then I'd be off a month or longer, then on to next job. I am a bit of loner and would be happy in a remote spot where I didn't see another human for months on end and just be with my dogs or the wildlife. I have dogs that I raised since they were pups, they are 15 years old, big cuddly Labradors that I adore and love spending time with every day. They are not getting around very well these days, they suffer from many medical issues; if I can find a place in this area that is good for them to extend their life then I will do that and then after they go to doggie heaven I could sell that place to get out to more remote areas to have more land if I want to. I love gardening and growing all my vegetables that I enjoy eating. I got more serious last year about building my seed library and I have a very extensive seed library so I will be anxious to get that garden going on the new place.
I'm ok with desert for a few days but I'm definitely a forest, water and mountains grrrrrrl. I like to be cool, not hot. It is already hot and humid here in Texas, ugh. Iced in two weeks ago and now we have 80 degrees already, ugh.
We always stop at Pattons museum, Cherico Summit, just to get a frozen snickers, on our way to Blythe, 7th street, last telephone pole, to Colorado River
Hi Jimmie: Hope you and Olive are well. I watched an old video you did 3 yrs ago about Olive having bad anxiety behaviors in the van when you were traveling on the roads. Is she better by now and what happened to reduce or prevent/stop her drooling, licking, barking, anxiety behaviors since then?
Came on her to ask if your ok?? Haven't hung out with you in a bit.hope your well are all is okay.just wanted to let you know I was wondering about you friend😊☕☕❣️💕
Nice upbeat music! Maybe things are getting more crowded since the movie came out? People think it's a glamourous lifestyle, or maybe there are more people who have lost their sticks and bricks homes now due to the Covid economy
Hi Jimmy what do you do for a living? Do you sell artwork or something online or do you have a big trust fund funding your adventures? Just curious not trying to be nosy. Have a safe and good time traveling be leery of those shift eye people!
If he had a trust fund he would not have to be so frugal about spending. We don't see him spending much and stays in free spots. Many nomads even the ones he hangs out with rent skidoo, have ATVs and eat in restaurants alot. He spends most money on gas and basics plus car repairs..and eats with friends at gatherings. I love how he appreciates the details of nature and places like the monuments.. My husband and I before he passed we went to a military museum with radio equipment. . My husband didn't want me to pay for him as it was alot per person, so the woman let us go in for free. That was nice. I thought that was nice.
@@cherriemckinstry131 was just curious, I know you have to have car insurance, health insurance on yourself and I have some friends that are pretty wealthy But you wouldn’t know it by the way they shop! They buy just about everything at Goodwill and won’t buy anything if it’s too expensive and they can afford it. I’ll tell them all the time one morning you’re going to wake up and the banks and economy has collapsed!!! Like in 1930 you will wish you spent your money while you could. I think that’s what we’re headed for.
who is that playing and singing on guitar? I have my guitar, banjo, harmonica and bagpipe chanter in my rig to entertain myself with. I play the stereo the best though, lmao!!!!

I feel the same way about water! So relaxing just looking at it! Dogs are so cute playing! Thanks for showing Jimmy!
