    Thanks for your video. That really helped with my anxiety. I am having ALIF surgery on March 9th. This is my 4th surgery . The last 3 were just nipping away the disc from my nerves but do to Stenosis my L4-5 is getting crushed. I understand that going through my abdomen it wouldn't be as risky as going through the back and cutting my muscles again. I assume you had Posterior Lumbar Fusion? Thanks again for the video.

    I had this same surgery twice. I had a block and felt no pain when I woke up. They had me get up and walk right after surgery and I went home just a few hours after surgery. That night I had pain but bearable. Note. I am on my 60s

    How did she come to have a spine problem? I think a new technique, the Tops surgery, was just approved by Fed Govt, unless I'm mistaken.
