I was the architect who designed this housetype, I worked at Lovell westmidlands, I left before it was built so very nice to see it. The annex was my little baby, glad it turned out nice. The window above the door was a massive pain but worth it in the end!

Not sure how they would do it but I think it would be more special for the master bedroom to be across the “bridge” on the gallery landing. It would make it feel more exclusive.
Lovell company built my house in 5 months 3 years ago.If I wanted to sell my house now I needed to pay for renovation at least few thousands.People don't choose houses because of amazing showrooms but reviews of real buyers
That's a lovely home! I'd use the room over the garage as a movie theater!
I have pocket doors in the walls for my living (sitting) room or front office, rather than the double doors shown here. I just love them. They take up zero space, and effectively close off that room when needed.

We don't focus on a particular area at the moment but maybe Midlands or on the North side, it's less expensive. Far from London area at least !

Flooring in the entrance and hall is great. Carpet in high traffic areas begins to look ratty in a very short time. Lovely Willian Morris-esk wall paper in the guest bathroom on the main floor. Lovely living room but a TV over the fire place where a feature art piece should be, is rather tacky. Huge lovely sitting kitchen is great but the black/dark cabinets rather over power the room. I have learned that every finger print shows up on dark cabinet doors. Very tiny dishwasher. The gallery design hallway is too small as you can't really see over at an angle to enhance the entrance. Might just as well had floor space to window. How would you open the window from that gallery or wash the window? Love the tour. Lovely house.
The extra room in the office should have been made into a dedicated coat closet. The sink in the laundry room should be moved away from bring under the boiler.

Great floor plan and kitchen, add your own personal decor pieces and paint those 1970's timber doors.. it would be perfect! Think I'd leave the facade brick... Love the space above the garage, I'm a sewer so lots of room to work.... Good price, a house around the corner from me in a suburb of Sydney, same price for a small single level brick house, untouched since the 70's is to be demolished for a new build....so land value only... crazy. Thanks for taking us along, always interesting. 🦘

I never understand why such a big family home would have such a tiny space for a fridge and freezer. Plus no room in the utility for a tumble dryer - unless you get rid of a cupboard.

Downstairs great; but upstairs master room is small and not luxurious enough for the size of house.

The furniture is vile dark and the grey with different dark floor looks terrible and the doors are vile with grooves the dirt will get into them, the grey is plainly vile depressing looking, uncomfortable sofa cushions that move is a no no no forever moving terrible, whoever did furnished it it’s vile
