    I love your videos, very clear and simple.
    I would love to travel to India to learn more about kriya and yoga in general.
    Is there any area that you can recommend ? What about varanasi and rishikesh?

    Great Video, thank you for sharing. However one question, when you say empty stomach, does that mean you can't even have water, because lots of videos say the first thing when you wake up is to drink water. This gets very confusing, so can we practice breathing after drinking water in the morning ?

    NAMASTE Rohil, wonderful explanation thank you. I do have a question.: If a Woman is in her period, this practice must be avoid or it can be even good for the cramps?

    • @shivatmanyoga
      @shivatmanyoga  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Namaste Tiziana! This practice should be avoided on one's period. One should avoid engaging the bandhas for at least 2-3 days after the onset of the period if not for the entire time.

    No one will tell us that without totally empty stomach, this is not possible. Even if you try 100 times all the correct steps. You can not do this. You will see most most of the guys are very thin and lean. That is the catch. Because stomach will not an inch with anything inside it. So it is not possible for normal people.

    • @shivatmanyoga

      Ideally on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, or at least 5 hours after last eating.

    I just wish people on spiritual or yoga path gets married and have 3 kids instead of just running to hinalayas or simply does yoga all day long
    The thing is good people dnt want to get married but bad people are having 10 kids.
    I say this to every good people or yogis
