    Rohil Ji it would be nice to see you elaborating a bit more on the Swara of Om , it effects on the lower, middle and upper chakras as to how to heal them. The Aaa…Oooo… Mmmm.. each when elongated has a specific effect on that spot of the body organ. Just my humble opinion on it. But would love to see you guiding through it. Jai Sri Hari 🙏🕉🌺

    With Brahmacharya you have to transmute the sexual energy or as he said it will find its way out and it could come out through relapse or aggression. Abstaining should feel natural not repressed. If this is the feeling then long term retention can be good. Stay busy kings👑💪🏾

During abstinence, feelings of sexual arousal can still arise without acting on them (e.g., my partner is not in a condition/mood to have sex). How can you best manage these feelings? And how do you deal with the physical discomfort (like an uncomfortable sensation in the testicles)? Thanks again for your helpful insights!

    What functionality it serves/served. My expectation is there with cinnamon and nutritional yeast, and of course coffee. They are like functional kleshas for me, just like chocolate which has been studied to have its cognitive benefits too

      The practise is only unhealthy if you do not transmute the energy. You must use the excess energy for working towards your Purpose. Meditation, heavy lifting, cold showers, breathwork works wonders!

I did 3 1/2 years in the beginning of my 50s… Now, at 56 I’m going for another period of a couple of years or longer… life operates in cycles. To each his wow. But balance is key🙏🙏🙏.
