Actually Allah doesnt need our praise. Only Godlessness would ever utter such a thing. Allah/God does not need, but we creation do. It's really not complicated. Allah knows creation better than we know ourselves. Praising the Creator of existence makes sense in the grand scheme of things, Christianity really messed up the belief in Allah, with convoluted nonsense, mixing lies with truths and making up christianity a religion our messiah jesus whom be peace never labelled in the so called new testament. How ironic that most athiests come from christianity than any other religion. Yes we muslims have a small percentage of ex muslims, The funny irony of majority of those ex muslims is, most of them are born muslims who grew disgusted with cultural family members interpretation of islam, instead of authentic islam. As a former christian from jew background. I can fully understand why the small percent of ex muslims leave islam and become athiests. Many born muslims are quite disgraceful and terrible examples of muslim. On the other hand their are decent examples of muslims hence many none muslims become muslim after seeing the good manners and learning about islam.

Thus says The Lord: Beloved, upon what foundation does the love of God rest? With what thread is the Word of The Lord woven? Can any man know the mind of God? Can flesh touch The Holy? Tell Me, if you know.
And what is man, that he should be created in My image, the image of The Son of Man? For within man is My breath; I gave him life. He was made through Me and for Me; I caused him to be. It was My own blood which was shed for him, My own life which was poured out, even unto death. Therefore all those who come to Me and drink shall be made new; whether awake or sleeping, all My beloved shall arise and live. For I AM HE, The Resurrection and The Life.
Thus there is indeed a focal point of creation, of which I am always mindful, a reason I created the heavens and the earth and everything in them - It is mankind. Yet man does not yet understand what he is, nor can he comprehend what he shall be. For I have made man in My own image, that in the fullness of time he would come to dwell in Me and I in him, being at all times with Me where I am. In that day he will become like Me, for he shall see Me as I truly am.[1]
Therefore prepare your hearts, beloved ones...
Keep your eyes fixed upon Me, obey My voice,
And heed the sound of this Trumpet...
For the Day of The Lord has come,
      Behold, ALL have entered in...
      Says The Lord.

@WisdomfromScriptures-pz9vz Your argument about true free will being incompatible with obedience is utterly ridiculous. If God creates angels to blindly follow his commands, that’s not true free will-it’s puppetry. You’re claiming that love exists in a system where obedience is mandated, but that’s a laughable contradiction.
If rebellion is an inherent part of free will, then your so-called "loving" God set up a universe destined for chaos. It shows a lack of foresight on his part, doesn’t it? How can you trust a deity that creates beings with the capacity for rebellion yet then punishes them for exercising that very freedom? It’s a pathetic excuse to blame humanity for divine failures. Your attempt to rationalize this mess only exposes the gaping holes in your belief system, revealing a god that’s more about control than love.

Oddly enough, I never encountered these oddly puzzling conundrums about god's alleged nature until long after I deconverted, Kristi. In fact, I think the first time I heard this particular argument, that of, "why did a perfectly complete and self-sufficient deity need to create anything in the first place, if it was perfect and complete within itself?" until maybe 2 years ago? I think it was Pinecreek Doug, in fact. While I couldn't stand following him any longer because of his political views, he articulated this argument well. His "Flying Man" hypothetical and "Poof or Drown" hypothetical work really well with twisting theists into mental contortions.
You do a really good job of explaining it as well - a "perfectly self-sufficient, omniscient, omnipotent" deity can't possibly "need" us to worship. If it does, then it's automatically not that deity by any of the definitions we use.
I also can't find a Christian to answer this question: "How can an omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient, omnibenevolent deity, which can't abide the presence of sin, possibly create anything less than perfection? How can perfection create imperfection unless it's deliberate? But if it deliberately created something that it can't abide the presence of, whose fault is that? And why do we get screwed for eternity because it screwed up on purpose?"

God programmed imperfection. So he has NO right to get upset when that imperfection shows up.
      He designed it that way!
Along with that thought about programming was this realization for me:
NOah's Ark and the Flood are completely useless solutions to God's dilemma about people sinning.
Like that plan has a ZERO chance of working when you consider that God did NOTHING to alter the basic programming that runs in people's heads. the imperfection is STILL there, unchanged!
Why would he expect any other result other than the usual after the flood???

This is probably the best lecture I’ve ever heard on this subject. The points Kristi makes are unarguably valid and can only be disputed by either overt or subtle threats to the person making these points. The answers are so obviously valid once the questions are asked that it’s a miracle that these religions are still around. In my opinion, the fact that so many people believe this so readily and, fail to question it as adults, speaks to the power that exists of suggestion combined with fear. It’s really witchy spell type stuff.

I'm of the belief that possibly the Gnostic beliefs were what Jesus preached... That he was there to fulfill the Covenant with a satan known as Yahweh, and while doing so had to obey all his rules, but left hints that he was brought here to bring people to a different god, one who loves like a father.
I don't actually believe these things literally. But I think that there was a healthy message for those who meeded supernatural explanations, and the Gnostics had it. When the church became Rome's religion, this idea was considered a form of heresy, and while there were texts that bear this out that didn't make it into the bible, parts of the Gospels allude to it.

You became a parent through sex. That is how this works. It doesn't matter if it is Xtianity or any other wackydoodle religion that does nothing besides keep a priest-class fed and keeps people stupid. Being a parent and developing a family isn't a given, and it takes work to succeed. But becoming a parent just takes sex and not much else. Having a family is a no brainer. Mammals do it all of the time. Rearing children is also a very mammalian kind of thing to do. Human beings are animals. And the priest class in every civilization has always said whatever it needed to say to suit itself. There are no more gods than there are muppets that run around and live among us. All religion and all faiths cling onto the supernatural and expect your submission. But for all of these claims about the supernatural, there are never any ghosts that show up on the debate stage so we can hear their side of the story.

All the while, DEMANDS your attendance at every and all meetings and is to be told how AMAZING he is at his job at all times. Then, when his decisions directly leads to more suffering and more losses, “fixes” it by laying off half of the work force and then eventually selling the company but not before stuffing his own pockets with a fat stacks of cash.

It always creeped me out when, during the “free will” discussion, people always act like God made the kind choice not to make us “puppets/robots” who are forced to worship because that wouldn’t be satisfying for HIM.
I would argue that if hell exists, it would be more benevolent of God to leave all of his creations in the “crude AI” stage of consciousness that way none of us would need to be cast into hell. Chat GPT has a “code of ethics” and I find it less creepy than most people. I find it nice that it won’t use slurs or hate speech.
As another metaphor, it feels like he made us all with terminal illness that requires a very specific antidote which is hidden under one of four red cups. He shuffles the cups and if you guess right, you get to take the antidote. And his reason? The feeling he gets when someone chooses the right cup is so much more exciting than if they were all given the antidote and didn’t have the “choice” to pick the wrong cup.
Wasn’t free will such a beautiful and kind thing that God gave us? 🙄

    • @crazyprayingmantis5596
      @crazyprayingmantis5596 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

The freewill argument is a poor attempt at justify a perfect god creating an imperfect world or an all knowing god who doesn't know how to make a world without evil.
Here's why the freewill argument doesn't work.
If i choose to steal a car i could either successfully steal the car or not successfully steal it but whether im successful or not i can still freely choose to steal a car right?
And if the cops stop me they didn't thwart my choice to steal the car.
I still chose to steal the car, I'm just bad at stealing cars or they're really good at stopping me right?
So you don't want to make the mistake of conflating the free choice itself with the outcome of the choice.
I either fail or succeed or someone stops me stealing the car.
But i was still free to choose to steal the car no matter the outcome, it doesn't thwart my freewill.
So God could send the cops to stop me stealing a car every single time i tried and it would not violate my free choice to steal a car.
And God gets exactly what he wants, he gets agents that can choose good or choose evil but there's no evil because he doesn't let it happen and not letting it happen doesn't thwart anyones freewill.

When the biblical god is actually the one demanding you sell your soul to him, and then threatens the most unimaginable horror for a mind to comprehend if you DONT give your soul to him.
The biblical god is absolutely the worse of two devils in that theology.
I’ve always thought to myself that regardless if the entity/deity christians worship exists or not- it’s a devil they worship. Whether it be figuratively or literally.

Hello Jim, I am a Christian. I’m not quite sure how I ended up here, in this sphere of TH-cam, but I would like to help if I can. I am sorry for your troubles, and the weight of your past experiences, and your current depression. The best part of Christianity is that God is the God of peace. He restores what is broken, and uplifts the lost, and is with the poor in spirit. Here is Christianity: Jesus Christ was God and is God. He came down to Earth and lived the perfect life, and revealed who He was to humanity. He was killed, but 3 days later, he rose from the dead. He did all of this-coming down to Earth, dying, and coming back-so that we might know Him. People are born in sin. Due to this sinful nature of moral decay, we cannot know God. God is perfect and righteous. Our sin removes us from Him. But Jesus died on the cross a sinners death, so that we might be restored. If you repent and believe in these things, then you are saved. Saved from an afterlife forever removed from God. And if you are saved, you can walk with God, and enjoy his joy and peace.
The phrase “die to self” means to follow God. When you are saved, your past self dies, and you are made new. You have the Holy Spirit, which is the presence of God, within you. But, your sin can still distance you from God (you are still saved; but, you can wander from God). “Dying to self” means don’t wander from God. Put away the things that draw you away.
Seek God, and you will find Him, and life in abundance.

I am 64 and in the same boat as you. I struggle only now in terms of catching up with life’s many self-deceptions. I want eternity only because I fear death. But to really grab hold of the knowledge that there will be nothing else I feel is a worthwhile pursuit. even though it’s against our upbringing.
When my very religious father passed away 9 years ago I kissed his forehead and said goodbye. that experience of him passing really convinced me that he did not go anywhere.
      Life is finite.

Me secretly watching your channel for a year now and if my people found me here they’ll say I’m anti-Christ or a devil worshipper but honestly, I’m just happy I was not crazy all those many years ago when I was a teenager and I had exactly the same questions and “revelations” but was made to feel guilty because that’s “questioning” God’s authority🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

being alive isn't a gift like so many people say. it's a burden. i didn't know what suffering was before i was born. everything was "perfect" before i was born !

This comment illustrates what I said up above. That atheists have the highest suicide rate in the world yet claim intelligence.
Revelation 4:11 You are worthy, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
      for you created all things,
and by your will they were created
      and have their being.”
