    Excellent video mate..... One suggestion.... If planning more than 50km rides.... Best to have one bottle with ORS/Glucose..... And for water have a hydration pack of 2L... It will go in its backpack which can be used to pack some other stuff also!!!!

    Reuploaded the video because it was lagging previously. Also, a front light with 200 lumens brightness should be enough for long rides at least for beginners

    Very Informative video dude. Can you make a video regarding what place is best suitable for Beginner's for Long Distance Cycling

    • @GoPhallecycling
      @GoPhallecycling  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you brother. So, best place for beginners for long distance is to stay within civilization 😄.
      Where you can take a lift or rickshaw back in case anything happens.
      So, in Mumbai that would be city loop, panvel, navi mumbai, ghodbunder road, Vasai, padha,etc

      I am not much aware of MTBs. But know for sure in that budget, you can get a pretty capable MTB. Trek, Giant, Merida, and even Btwin Rockrider are some good brands.

    Very useful video thank you very much. Few thing you can add in your kit are Sunglasses, Baind aid, and Pain Relief Spray. Recently I have completed BRM 200 as per my experience you should also carry some chocolates for your little cheer leaders on the route.
