Is this the 1679 you built? I'm building a similar motor with a stock cam but one four to one ratio rocker arms kultek outlaw big valve heads 40x35.5 with stainless steel valves and the same 40 mm dolortos you're using with thick wall 88 mm Pistons and I stock flywheel love you're set up
Yes it is. This engine combo has been running for about 10 years now. I rebuilt it once with a different block because i wasn't satisfied with the first one. But other than that it´s all the same parts. If i were you i would replace the stock cam. The duration of the cam will play a major if not the biggest part in the character of your engine. Go for something a little more aggressive!
