We took our travel trailer through Oregon and Washington a long time ago. It was a very nice trip. Washington State has a lot of nice areas to explore.
Due to conditions today, I'm not ever going back through Oregon any time soon. Such a shame.
Just did the Cascade Hwy loop this past week. Did Hwy 20 east to west and back west to east on Hwy 2 - it was nice -- but parts were smoky -- especially at the Diablo Lake overlook. I have done Blue Lake in the past.. awesome place as is the overlooks. a really nice hike on the other side of the park is Cascade Pass -- do this when you get back to the area....
Spectacular scenery and mountain goats that I have always wanted to see in real life but sadly have not found yet.
