How to repair broken, buried PVC pipes using the smallest hole possible, which is especially useful when space is limited. There is NO NEED for expensive repair couplings! This method I have used for years. Works perfectly when done properly. Using this method will ensure FULL FLOW of water after the repair is complete. No friction loss.
Here's how I fixed a crack in a buried PVC water pipe. I just cut a PVC pipe segment from a pipe that is same pipe size, and snap-glue it on around the cracked area. Turn on video captions.

All you need is pvc glue and a piece of pvc. No need mixing dusts with epoxy glue.

Using the angle grinder without the cover is extremely dangerous. You can literally lose your eyes, although you have worn the safety glasses. However, this trick is useful. Whenever possible, I am rather comfortable to brake three or four tiles and fix a socket. It is easier to lay four full tiles than cutting and pasting a part of a tile. Finishing will also be much better. Solution will be much durable as well.
