While Aaron learns to drive on a rally racetrack, his team continues building the Subaru. But after they send the vehicle to the paint shop, they discover that the chassis they built doesn't meet the safety guidelines of the competition.

It's called coded welding for a reason
Guy needs to work on consistency in his welding.
There always seems to be some "last minute" drama on these car shows.
