Such an awesome video! I always had questions about languages in the emerald isles and this video answered a lot of them :) Do you think these languages will survive? Also, what you do to further improve the chances of its survival? Thanks for the video!!!
Hello and thanks for watching, I think these languages will survive but whether they are to be widely spoken depends a lot on the authorities. I think teaching them in schools and using them in official contexts will help ensure their success. At the moment though Cornish is more widely used, however Manx is being adopted by some schoolchildren, so ultimately we'll just have to wait.
