      She’s making me crazy it’s ok sometimes but then all of a sudden videos on yt can’t be resized to full screen trying to read what I’m typing is impossible in most apps unless I exit the keypad like sometimes. It no joke feels like I’m fighting the ai or the iPad to just do simple things like not randomly erasing whole sentences and leaving just the last letter I pressed also the touch screen stopped working 3 days old it physically wouldn’t let me reset it until the next day. the auto brightness/truetone/ambient light sensor is a massive problem and burns my eyes and I can’t turn it off True Tone makes it a little better but it’s like it gets confused and will make the video part of the screen 120x brightness even if set on lowest brightness sometimes it turns into a f flashlight not even joking brighter then the actual rear camera light. For the price and what the description was I expected more I want my old 2017 bk so bad. Kinda can’t believe the how many apple simps there are

    About your criticism about the Apple Pencil Pro: If you haven’t already, you can change the sensitivity of the squeeze gesture. I found the default setting to be too sensitive, and I had the same issue with accidentally activating the squeeze when I was writing. After I changed it, though, using the pencil was a must better experience.

    I ordered the 11 inch m4 yesterday actually through my University! They had a deal to get a free apple pencil pro with the ipad. I have a 14" m1 macbook, so it's why I ultimately decided on the 11. I wanted something to draw on, but something easier to take around than my laptop. While I love the 13 for the screen real estate for drawing trying both out, it's just harder to carry around. Plus I have a 15.6 xp pen screen tablet for my macbook/pc, so really if I need to draw on a bigger screen, I can.

    Hello,
    I bought an iPad Pro 13-inch M4 along with the new Magic Keyboard. I’m noticing an issue with the Trackpad, and I’m not sure if it’s a software or hardware problem. The issue is that sometimes the swipe to the right and left doesn’t work on the home screen, and sometimes it works to the right but not to the left. Also, the right-click doesn’t bring up the menu that usually appears with a right-click. This problem also occurs with the Magic Mouse specifically with this device, but the Magic Mouse works perfectly with other devices!
    Additionally, I’m unable to left-click and drag using the Magic Keyboard Trackpad.
    Note:
    If I detach the iPad from the keyboard and then reattach it, the problem disappears but comes back when I turn off the screen. Sometimes I turn on the screen, and there’s no issue! There’s no consistent pattern!
    I’ve found many people online who have the same problem, but not a single TH-camr has talked about it??
    Is this a software or hardware problem?
    update:
    Also swiping right or left inside the apps like Photo app does not work unless I swipe once with my finger on the screen, it starts working after doing this !!

    Great review of the iPad Pro because I was looking to get the iPad Air M2 at one point but the screen and I guess the 120 Hz was also a factor because I plan on using my iPad Pro M4 for video editing and basic other productivity and also not just for video editing also to consume content with that bigger screen with the 13 inch model Again great review and also I agree with you on iPadOS. It just doesn’t take advantage of the M4 chip and the fact that there’s iPads with 16 GB ram when iPadOS kind of limited to just 8GB which kind of makes it redundant, but I suppose the higher end models are kind of future proof in it but I can’t see a situation where iPadOS will require more than 8GB but that’s just my two cents.

    I agree that the iPad cannot replace a MacBook for everyone but it is not supposed to. It is a tablet that does has some laptop usability. Obviously, juxtapose the MacBook Air and it does not replace a tablet, and of course, that is because that is not what it is. So, for the reviewers that frame this as a negative, I ask why do you not say the same on an Android tablet. That is maybe even less lapto- like, as Android has fewer "pro" software. With regard to the file manager, iPadOS uses sandboxing so it cannot have a file manager like Finder.
    I have both an iPad and MacBook, both being the best they can be at what they were designed for. If you want a hybrid, just go back a decade or so and see how badly that went for MS. Trying to make Windows tablets more like a desktop cost them billions as they became a nobody in the tablet market...and tablet on Windows still sucks to this day, with MS even cancelling Android subsystem on Windows!
    As for the M4 iPad Pro, it is clearly the best tablet out there. No question it is expensive, but as most people are now keeping their iPads for 5-7 years, according to Apple, then paying extra for some of the luxuries if you can afford to will mean a great experience in its lifespan.

    • @JonAdamsTech
      @JonAdamsTech  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Totally agree that the lifespan of the device means it somewhat justifies paying for the better iPad.
      People compare them because Apple themselves ran the campaign where the main line was “what’s a computer” so they’ve tried to poise this thing as being your only device. I don’t think it’s capable of being the only device someone owns because of the os limitations
