10k in that time span was a bit ambitious imo, you're close but there needs to be a bit of refinement before the exponential growth (as razorel pointed out changing font in the thumbnails would be a good start). As a miata owner it would be neat to see the ND tyre spat design applied to the NB body or how changing the camsshaft/camgears/camtimings impacts streetability.

First of all, you can't just buy people's subscribe by promising a car. When a creator does this, it becomes a highlight, a bad highlight of the channel and stuff like this will always keep a channel dead.
Make unique content, work on a script, maybe a little bit of something that already works but seen from a unique angle.
To be honest.. all i've heard in this video is why the car isnt given away anymore and that people should buy your merch (you said it like 50 thousand fcking times, we get it).
If you don't invest time to improve, a channel like this will always feel like just another money grab.
Boring and it happened too many times before for people to care anymore.
