There’s a lot of quality cruiser people out there deserving that title. The TLCA is amazing, and the people I’ve met while being involved in it would never let a cruiser member down. A fantastic community.
For the 78 pedal, you can also heat the bend to go through the firewall with a torch and straighten it out with a hammer on anvil/concrete floor. That’s what I did with mine then drilled out the end to make the linkage from the kit work out of the box.
Friggin' fantastic Ben! You've made life so much better during covid and now you finally get to enjoy the fruits of your labor. I can't wait to have a beer next to you while you drink arnold palmers. Cheers mate!
Hey Ben, I just want to let you know that you have a subscriber from a faaaaaar away country called Qatar! .. I have been watching your videos long time ago and really enjoyed all of them, I'm now building myself a '79 FJ40 with LS engine in it. BTW, you and Rachel are so perfect couple. wish you a pleasant and happy life.
love the videos! been watching them since shortly after episode 2 or 3... the leaf spring debacle! lol not sure on the episode number. love the content, keep the videos coming and ill keep watching hermano
*Hope you leave enough room/Slack for engine flex on the new cable.* I have Seem that make for a VERY Interesting Ride with short Cables. _Unless you used solid engine mounts?Cannot Remember._
@@projectwrongway9127 yes mate Im trying to collect usa ones though , but down here in Aus i have a collection of Aus ones. Any thing covered in "pindan" red dirt relating to vehicles we call a "red duster". We should free trade on some.
The fj40 is coming along great. I like what you did with the gas pedal. I think I'm going to do something similar to my 65 fj45 short bed. I really like how your truck sits. What size wheels and tires do you have?
@@projectwrongway9127 tell me about it. Started stripping my 45 a few months back for painting.... still sitting in pieces unpainted. Keep up the great work though, besides mine having AC, doing a similar setup.
Congrats on being "TLCA Member of the Year"! You're doing a great job of presenting Land Cruisers to the internet, the Wrong Way.

Qatar!? After a google search, provided the earth isn’t flat, looks like an amazing place! And a perfect spot for an Ls cruiser!
Ben, great video as usual. Please mention Shiba crypto in your next video. Everyone needs to buy some. Great investment.
😆 you old codger!

Have rubber mounts, it works good still. Which is a miracle.
Cant wait to see the next episode!!
Should be getting back at soon.
I look forward to it mate, you have inspired me to get a crack on with my build TOYOTA FQ15 1955
WTF… it almost looks like he know what he is doing in this episode. Sheesh. Could be added to MUD FAQ ? Nah. Great job
That won’t last 😆
Cool build im about to do a sniper install .cool ozi plates are you collecting them also mate.
I am, just when I get them sent to me. The more red dirt on them the better. You collect too?

So when is the Dakota digital dash and power steering videos coming? My project is living vicariously through yours at this point.
I’m putting together the PS stuff.
Looks like this project is completely finished by the clips of Instagram not sure we will see it again on youtube
I have more, but work and some other issues have got me shuffling priorities. I’ll get after it though, I need to.
What’s going on with the cruisers? You guys ok?
Just delayed by life stuff buddy.
I hope all is well, I am currently waiting on parts from USA for my project. I want to get some of your stickers to add to my collection.
I’ve got to reprint some, I’m all out! All is well, just some life struggles.
@@projectwrongway9127 I have had some big life struggles, if you ever want to have a chat hit me up on messenger more than happy for a chat.

33” and 15”s, with a CCOT 4” lift.
Love your videos - can I ask, what month was your fj40 built in?
I’m not actually sure.
My wife is the one with the money. Tell Rachel I’m the trophy husband……
I believe it.
What happened to this guy?? He’s been MIA for a bit…Hope all is good??!!
I’m alright man, just been going through some life stuff
Been there too…keep punching, life’s a trip!
do we need to put his picture on a milk carton
No one would drink the milk…
Cliffhangar.
Need to wrap up this install.
What is the name of the tool that you have used in multiple episodes to rethread stripped bolts? It looks like a double sided ratchet. Thanks
It’s from Gearwrench, it’s their kit for repairing threads. They sell a metric only version.
Missing yall
Yup. Nothing lately
I’ll get better.
We need more videos
Maybe a New Years resolution to get back at it weekly…
You okay? I hope you're just working too much, and that you and the family are okay.
Yeah, just dealing with things outside the internet world.
You sexy beast, you’ve only gone and done it
Almost to the station…
I am amazing! I am within the top 25 views! I feel like we all are winning!
Winning for sure.
Noooo!! Next episode?
There’s more. Just work is killing me.

Keep that shit up and you're gonna to have to change the name to "Project Way". You're developing useful fabrication skills.
Never. I’m still me 😆
good afternoon, tell me what is your fuel consumption for LC60 one hundred kilometers, in the city and on the highway?
I honestly don’t know man. The 60’ got nearly 15 for the trip
I see on the news that there are bad fires in California. Is your area OK
For now, hasn’t been that great a month bro. We shouldn’t have any trouble for now.

Do you have the part number for the fuel tank fitting? I can't seem to find it online.
For the return line or the mount on the side?
@@projectwrongway9127 The mount on the side.
The adapter on the side of the fuel tank...at about 19:19 mark of you video.
That part was the incorrect one, just used a bunch of Teflon tape to make it workz

No. Not at all.
